My son and I went in last night around 8. We go in and ordered. We waited over 10 mins for our food. When we finally got our food, we got the completely wrong order and the manager literally said it was the kitchens fault for making the wrong burgers then proceeded to pull out my burgers out of a bag (I assume that was for drive thru since we were the only ones in the store) like come on. I felt so bad for the guy making the food to be blamed for something he didn’t even do. That male manager on 11/25/2025 @ 8pm needs to be talked to cause he’s way too old to be treating his staff that way for his mistake. I won’t be coming back.

This is literally the best fast food restaurant ever!! My husband and I come here all the time and always have the best experience! We are always taken great care of by Vash!! This employee NEEDS a raise👏

I’ve loved going to Arctic Circle as a kid in the 90’s after a basketball game, and then again as an adult when I need a little pick-me-up. Food is always on point. Today one of the workers, Shelby, was truly a delight. Their amazing attitude shifted my day into such a positive direction. I needed a little shake “hug” because I’ve been working a ton and needed some comfort. Shelby changed my day and food+ good vibes, always equals a good day.

I was one of those customers who didn't know exactly what was on the burgers I ordered, and when I asked, They just politely and calmly answered me and were super understanding about me wanting to remove the sauce and such. The drive-through was pretty fast, considering I ordered 2 bags of burgers.
