We stopped to grab some ice cream after disc golfing. The only thing open was drive through and it was a bit slow. However,
It looked like it was understaffed.
The ice cream was good and our orders were done correctly. I thought the price was right for the quantity we received.

I encourage everyone I meet to patronize Arctic Circle. The food is great, but this review is to rave about the staff. This company hires people with alternative appearances. My 6 year old daughter gets a kick out of the funky hair, tattoos, and piercings of the staff. The employees are top notch. They are friendly, attentive, and committed to providing excellent service. It is a popular, mainstream restaurant that gives different looking people a chance. I hope their wages are appropriate to the level of service they provide. Just in case, we always tip them, even at the drive through. I will continue to support this business and recommend it to everyone.

I went to get my husband a twist cone and some deep fried cheese curds (😋). The guy taking our order was curt and rude. Never asked about dipping sauce at the order or the window, seemed angry we wanted the receipt. Then when I went into the store to get my ranch, 3 employees walked past me into the back and the chick at the drive-thru ignored me as well for 3 cars and then finally came over to take my order ... I asked for a couple ranches after explaining I just came through, and she just turned around grabbed them and shoved them at me and walked away. Fix your customer service!

The food was excellent that is not the problem here. We weren't offered a receipt, and at the window when we asked for it the guy seemed totally irritated. They also didn't offer any sauce or mentioned sauce for the cheese curds.

When my wife went in the store not put 2 minutes after we ordered them she was standing at the counter while countless people just ignore her. My wife explained that she just gone through the drive-through to the girl that came over finally, and she didn't say anything she just walked away and came back with two ranches put them in my wife's hand and turned around again without saying anything. If you could just get the service with how good the food is you would be so much busier. Your cells would go up and your profit would go up. But nobody likes to be ignored, waiting is fine but not if you're ignored.

They only could use there fryers the grill was done but the quickly made you aware of this didn't try to push the fried food on you and apologize great employees very friendly and helpful

A bit slow

Our favorite Article circle for years my mother and I eat the same meal every time we ate their, usually about $ 14.60 today went there ordered our normal meal ask for a senior discount and was charged almost $19.00 I asked about the price and the young lady said they had to pay more money for meals also. Went to get a drink and the soda machine was tore down with no ice.wile waiting for food another customer stormed out after hearing his price and walked out!

Jose Ogaz took my order today and he made my visit outstanding. He offered me suggestions on what to get, helped me understand the price of eveerything, and was very quick with my order but still took his time making sure I got everything I wanted. When I couldn’t put a tip on the computer he offered me a courtesy meal card he needs a promotion and a pay raise ASAP!!!’

today rhe employees were short 2 ppl at approx 6pm, with only 2 employees to handle a very busy rush hour. Yet they were very calm, friendly, professional, very helpful, as one of them brought our food to us, with a smile. My friend & i were impressed, pleased with ther service. Going above, beyond in customer service. And ladtly, the food prepared was fantastic: mushroom n swiss burgers! fries were awesome too!
