I got the burrito, which had a bit of a weird texture but was pretty good. The service was alright. The wait was 30 minutes when we got here at 10 on a Sunday which kinda sucked, but they are expanding so hopefully that will cut wait times down.

The food is incredible but the drive through wait times are so bad. I waited 21 minutes for a burrito.. that’s just bad service.
Horrible service cannot make up even for the best food.

Mediocre croissant at best. Didn’t finish eating mine. Weird seating. Cant order your pastry at the same place as the coffee. They don’t have plates. This whole experience is weird and disappointing. They’re not really anything other than just a bakery, and not a good one at that.

The first time I had the steak there it was divine. The last 2 times (including today) it was almost inedible (charred, bland, tough). The worst part about it was the food arrived cold. I could see it sitting on the shelf next to the kitchen for at least 10 minutes. The wait service was almost non-existent and it took forever to get the bill. The place has a nice view of the mountains but I would not recommend dining in at all. Disappointed...

This place is overpriced and over rated. Had the same poor experience, with mediocre food multiple times. Time to share a review. I would avoid if you can help it. Grilled cheese had almost no cheese and way too much avocado. The bread was soggy. The BLT had about a whole head of lettuce on it, little bacon. It was just gross. The bread is where they hang their hat. im sure it’s delicious as ever when its fresh but it does not travel well. I’d get back to basics and start making food good again and have a little quality control.

$6 for a small chocolate croissant served by amateur high school age wait staff that don’t know how to run an espresso machine well. Over-rated and over-priced.

I don't think their coffee is that great. I don't think they're espresso. It's overpriced. Their bakery is pretty good. They have cruffin Good croissants we asked the girl what savory is. She had no idea what savory was. Ham and cheese croissant was what she thought. Savory. No
But we like to come here for the bakery. The coffees tastes like instant coffee. They're espresso and it's okay. They need to improve on their quality of beans. But if you're here for just to hang out with some friends or have some good quality pastries, it's definitely a good place to go. It's good atmosphere. It's clean. The girls behind the register are a little lacking in help. A little lazy if I might say, but it's hard to get quality workers. Her and I both agree. There's a lot of good other bakeries in town. There's one on State Street off of i-80. That's good it's not a place that we're going to come to everyday just every once in awhile. If we're close, it's good bakery, the food is okay. The staff is okay.

Drive through wait time is kind of crazy. I'd get rid of it if I were the owners. Watched a lot of people behind me get their food before I did, and I waited like they told me to for 25 minutes and had to ask where my food was before finally receiving
Food was really bland, like they forgot the salt on everything. For 15 bucks you can get a breakfast burrito or croissant sandwich and a side, and it's not worth it. The sides were awesome, everything else was just kind garbage. I'll be going to V&R and Millcreek Coffee Roasters instead due to better food, better wait times, better in general.

Ordered a cheeseburger well done and a tuna sandwich and waited over 30 minutes to get my order. upon receiving my order employee tells me somone forgot to bring it up... then hands me a bag of cold food and says sorry didn't offer to remake anything i had to ask for a fresh frozen drink because mine melted waiting so I get home the buns/ bread is so soggy from sitting it's inedible fries are cold i had to reheat the 50.00$ worth of fresh.. food in a microwave to eat it with fork and no bun... Also trying to call them after 7 pm is joke they must unplug the phone or something as it just rings and hangs up and that's not okay. It is pretty concerning especially in these situations. I tried 10 plus times as well as my partner that should be looked into maybe.

Me and my entire family frequent Beaumont, I honestly don't want to know how much money I've spent over all but tonight I spent about $53(ridiculous price even if it was perfect) for two melted frozen orange juices, an unedible, RAW and soggy cheese burger(that was ordered well-done) and an unedible soggy tuna sandwich and cold fries. Won't answer the phone, in fact it doesn't even ring. No email on the website or I wouldn't leave a negative review but unfortunately between the service and the food, and it not being the first time we have had issues with our orders, this seems like my only choice.

We had 8 people at a long table, everyone was served except for two who had to wait other 20 minutes. If you order any steak and want it medium rear or medium - order rear- the steak is always way too overcooked. Coffee, latte and cappuccino is served sweet and cool - always mention that you want it very hot and unsweetened. Great views to the Mountain Olympus if you seat outside. No reservations accepted - usual wait is 20 mins.

I was dying for a coffee and a dessert because of the weather but the service was the worst, they brought me the dessert but the drinks never arrived and they were taking a long time for some drinks and my dessert was already getting ugly, terrible service

great food, their Beaumont burger is amazing so is the chai. the customer service was amazing. there was a little bit of wait time with food and drinks but when the spot is popular that is to be expected, i would say that if they are a bakery they shouldn't be running out of everything bakery time at 5pm when the close at 9. besides that great experience
