Amount of the meat is a joke, it is 3 times less than it used to be. Been coming into caferio for a long time, but this should be the last time for me to come. Service was also terrible, requested extra pico and the person who was working was giving me like just 1 more tea spoon of pico, felt like he was pissed? such a joke.

Honestly I'm super frustrated with this store.
On multiple occasions I have had the rudest service. Rushed disingenuous rude. Today's experience was by far the worst. The food was great as always and why I keep coming back. But the wait staff is overworked and understaffed. They have short tempers and are not that helpful. I had to undergo a bronchoscopy this morning and I'm still a bit foggy from the anesthesia and my throat hurts and it is hard to talk loud. The people preparing my food were visibly frustrated that I couldn't communicate perfectly what I needed. Also I watchedthe girl pressing tortillas drop the plastic spacer in the floor look around to see if anyone noticed and then pick it up and continue to use it. Gross.
You should take care in what you do here.

What a joke. I placed my online order at this location and the app said 6:00 PM pick up time. I got there at 6 and had to wait another 30 minutes. The person delegating orders spoke zero English and kept pushing me to scan a QR code and take a survey. I was already short on time.. I should’ve just preferred through the line. Management, if you see this, fix your staff. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with cafe rio.

The worst cafe rio location, which is a real shame because I was so excited they were being built 2 mins from my house, but I will literally drive 10 mins in any direction to go to a different Cafe Rio. They won't let you pick up an online order through the drive through like every other location. I pulled in to the drive through to pick up my online order, they then told me that i had to come inside for online orders. Well great, then i was stuck in the drive through for an extra 5 minutes because i couldnt get out. That made it really inconvenient. They have also made me wait on orders in the past. This Cafe Rio sucks and hasn't earned my loyalty as a customer. I'll keep driving past this one to go to much better locations!

Edit: So I decided to give this location another chance because a couple months had passed since I'd been to it and I told myself that my online experiences had been terrible in the past but that I would just order through the drive through. I pull up and ask for 2 1 pound containers of cilantro lime rice and the lady tells me that they don't do that through the drive through and I have to come inside. First of all...why? You literally scoop into a container and hand it out the window, I don't get why that's so hard but whatever...so then I am annoyed but decide to go inside. I go inside and state the exact same order to the lady and she tells me that I can't do that and for orders like that it would need to be in advance. Mind you...I have done this at the other locations and it has NEVER been an issue. And guess what!? They've taken my order through the drive through. So then I think she can tell I'm annoyed so she goes and talks to one of her coworkers and then they start scooping it into one of their classic containers. So did i get what I wanted in the end? Yes. Could that have been done through the drive through? Yes. Will I definitely be putting this location on my "Never go to again" list? Absolutely.

I was so excited to have a Cafe Rio close by but unfortunately after last night, I won't be returning. I ordered a steak salad in the drive thru, for $15 by the way. The salad was completely rotten and I had to pick out individual lettuce pieces and by the time I was done I didn't want to eat the rest of it.

Good food. Rude service. I went to throw my trash at the trash can after I finished eating, and the cleaning lady told me in a rude tone that I shouldn't throw my trash there because it was full. I must say that it did not look full. She got really upset at me. What'd she want me to do? Leave my trash at the table? The trash can was visibly not full
