This location was FILTHY. Food and fingerprints smudged all over the glass in front of the food. Tables weren’t wiped down, trash all over the floors. The food prep area behind the employees was so dirty too and had trash and bits of food everywhere. It genuinely grossed me out to the point where I questioned if my food was safe to eat.

Though the 3 employees I saw were nice, I sat here for 40 minutes and watched what seemed like 3 brand new employees stumble through forgetting orders, looking up how to make stuff, forgetting ingredients and to prepare rice and other condiments in advance! I also witnessed multiple other unhappy customers leave disappointed. At no point did I see a manager, just a good bit of time being us inefficiently and cell phone usage instead of preparing things for the next round of people!

Both genders bathrooms were absolutely awful (dirty) as well!
From someone who worked in this space and own multiple businesses now… I’d ask that you take a look at your operations and training maybe

Here’s a recommendation:
1. Empower your employees to provide free sweets or something with inconveniences (like waiting 15 minutes for a power bowl with multiple missing ingredients)

Messy, place was not busy and food prep area looked dirty. We visited before lunch rush. One person in our party order was lost. Another did not receive strawberry and roll.

This Zupas is consistently understaffed and slow. I often order lunch for pickup when I'm busy at work and can only break away for a few minutes. Today I had to wait 20 minutes AFTER my pick up time for one protein bowl. The staff does the best they can, but management is not setting them up for success. I feel for the staff because I know they have to handle the impact (angry people) of managements poor scheduling.

I asked the store manager if there was any paprika in the brisket and she said she had no way of knowing. I explained I have an allergy to peppers & she pointed to a small sign that referenced cross contamination & shrugged. There is a big difference between cross contamination and ingredients. Your store manager should be trained in allergies AND know how to look up ingredients in the food & communicate it to the public. This should be the standard not the exception. I was so disappointed in her ambivalence, as if it was my fault for having allergies. Needless to say we won't be back

These guys are serving up some serious shrinkflation. Their 2 combo selection serves up 1/4 the previous portions and they charge more. Not a good value, that’s for sure!

Usually get okay service here, a few minutes behind ETA but whatever. I just sat here for 20 minutes passed my ETA. I'd recommend going to sugar house at this point.

This place is Amazing! I got the Try 2 combo with the brisket grilled cheese and the mushroom bisque, and both were delicious! The employees were very kind while making up my order, and were both very quick serving me. Overall they met every expectation I had for them and exceeded them which will definitely make me life long customer!

Came in for my 30 min lunch. Waited a full 30 minutes in lines only one employee actively working. Another lady in the back just seating around and couldn’t be bothered to help. Her name tag stated Morgan “Senior Leader” . Not much of a leader if you can’t be bothered to support a team member.
In the end I wasn’t able to eat during my small break.
Caleb is a great employee deserves a raise. You need to fully staff this location. Having one person handle all the stations by himself with a line at 2:00 pm is poor business management.
