We were meeting some friends at another place so their kids could play. We haven’t been to Cafe Zupas in awhile so we ordered to go so we could enjoy our meal at the other location while visiting friends. My son ordered a Mediterranean chicken sandwich, my husband ordered the BBQ Brisket and I ordered a protein bowl. To say the sandwiches were disappointing would be an understatement. Both had so little meat on them that we looked at our receipt again thinking we ordered wrong. The only thing that was good was the protein bowl. We will not be going to Cafe Zupas. We went to the Arrowhead location in Glendale Arizona

Bathrooms wow, if you think think this place is nice and fancy?? Just go to the restroom and you definitely change your mind about it.
There is like 8 or ten employees trying to take orders but they all really slow me and my husband waited 40 minutes to get our order. Not to be raíces but I’m pretty sure that with 5 Mexican the line would be running faster.

Excellent food and friendly accurate slow service. There is a pipe dripping on the tables by the wall on the door side of the building. Makes it hard to enjoy a meal with floors wet and dripping over head. Not all soups are ready when open at 11:00 am so choices are limited. Came back this Saturday and the snow on the curbs were not shoveled. Very difficult to come and go into the business.

Service so slow, it cost me a half hour of my time beyond when my order was supposed to be ready... but wait! It gets worse. More than 30 minutes after my order is supposed to be ready, they tell me they're out of chicken noodle soup! They say they'll cancel my order, we'll see if I get my money back. Not. Happy.
Ordered pickup 30 minutes prior to showing up. Arrived, order was still not ready. Stood by the pick up shelves for 10 minutes watching the employees chat up a storm before I went and asked if my order made it through. It was sitting on the counter behind the cashier. I’ve tried to like this place but the service is always very frustrating whether it’s pick up, delivery, or in person.

We have ordered here about 6 times now at various times of day. This was done all primarily through the app. We have selected a particular promise time. 5/6 visits our food was not started until after we arrived (either right on time for promise pickup or after). The staff seemed to wait for our arrival before starting the order. In many cases, people who were standing in line for their food, who arrived after we stated we were present to pick up food, checked out before us. This location is either had significant issues with the app-based orders, or is disorganized in general. This is not a commentary on the workers. I believe they likely have been told to do this from managers. However, do note that app orders here are quite timely and difficult.

Slow as heck here. Need more staffing. From the time I placed my order with the guy in the front to the time I checked out at the end of the line took 25 minutes. Let alone the time we waited before the order. Food cold. They seem painfully short staffed. Poor service because the staff was obviously not happy either. Food is cold. Feet are tired. Will not recommend.
