Gandolfo’s always gets my order right and their Philly Cheesesteaks are so yummy. I’m surprised it’s not busier with how good it is. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area!

Had metal piece in my food after admitting it was a problem staff and owner tried intimidating me outta speaking and then got upset cause I would t take 250 dollars and move

I been going here for the past 2 years and today I went in for an order; I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and my friend ordered a crew sandwich with hash browns which Michael the guy helping us had kept running back and forth looking for ingredients for our sandwich’s making sure they had them specifically the cream cheese and hash browns. My friends card didn’t go through I simply told Michael to add 2 cheesecakes onto the existing order and he only charged me for the cheesecakes and I didn’t notice after I sat for 30+ mins waiting for food that never was being prepped. I asked for a manger to be told they don’t speak English that they’ll give me a phone number to the manager. Just for him to ask the manager who didn’t speak English what to do and then I was redirected to the store number on a brochure on the countertop. Like no apology for forgetting my order, pretty much blamed me for the ordeal, like why did we stand there for 5 mins staring at the menu and then ordering for like 10 mins because Michael kept running back and forth just to not get what I ordered. Completely unprofessional I feel terrible especially after coming here for so long
