Greenhouse Effect Coffee and Crepes UT

The girl with the long hair made fun of me for saying “tall”, I didn’t know people in Utah did not call a small coffee a tall..but I have always referenced smalls as talls in Missouri. She called it a “Starbucks term” in which I agreed that maybe it was but that’s just what we always said. It was irritating but I thought the conversation was over. I waited maybe 10+ minutes but I had drinks in front of me and she was the only girl there so I understood why it would take so long. When the second worker came in they immediately started making fun of me for the prior conversation. This conversation they were having was out loud for the entire room to hear. I just got bullied the entire time, I waited because I already paid and wanted my coffee but I should have just left. I will only be going back if an owner or the lovely man is there.

Excellent crêpes and probably the best Italian sodas in the valley. I love coming here with friends.

A cozy spot near Marissas book store. Don't miss it. Both the interior and patio are great to hangout with a friend. I'd visit more often if I lived nearby.

It’s a morning favorite of mine. The atmosphere is fun and funky - it’s a genuine neighborhood place and not a cookie cutter chain location. The food is excellent!

Met a friend for coffee and crepes at Greenhouse Effect. Quickly, I found parking and made my way into the orange and green house through a beautiful set of porches. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by an easy to read menu that has coffee and crepe options for everyone.

This is currently my favorite place to eat in all of the Salt Lake valley. They have a vegan batter that can be combined with a host of sweet and savory crêpes. Absolutely delicious. My favorites are the veggie crêpe and the banana chocolate crêpe with vegan whipped cream. To die for. The vibe is funky, and the clientele very hip. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. I’ve taken numerous friends there and they’ve all loved it. 

Favorite coffee shop in Salt lake City. Awesome atmosphere. Great staff, and Wonderful Rimini coffee!
