Yeah, not the greatest. I delivered online through the app and used my points for a giant mikes hot money, adding some special instructions. The instructions weren't met, the pepperoni's were practically burnt, and the presentation wasn't great. Working at a Jersey Mike's, this ain't it.

This place used to be five stars, but their quality has dropped out and 2 weeks ago their sandwich gave me the ol’ food poisoning. Staff wasn’t using their gloves properly and the place behind the counter looked like a mess.

The two female workers helping on 7-16-25 closing were polite and helpful. We ordered the #13 Italian giant sandwich to go. They were patient in repeating the questions and answering me. I am hearing impaired. The sandwich was also good. Very positive visit.

Ordered 2 sandwiches online, it took over 45 minutes get them. Horrible service, everyone working there was scared to talk to people grabbing to go orders.

Horrible location, too busy. Will only go to the one in Murray from now on. Dudes had to be told multiple times how to make our sandwiches. Multiple health code violations. Throwing bacon around on the table then to sandwich. Said no tomato’s puts it on anyways. Holy crap what a waste of 40$.

This new Mikes subs is complete with an amazing vibe and awesome customer service! The food is the same as any other mikes (but I'd say with a little more love. Ellie helped me and made my day with a beautiful sandwich 🥪
