Great food and a great place to study! I was a little concerned about the parking situation, but the owner was EXTREMELY transparent and told me exactly where I needed to park. There are also signs to show where not to park.The matcha was very good and I loved my breakfast sandwich. :)

It is a quite interesting place to visit but their coffee is not that good. We ordered an espresso drink, the drink was too hot and had a burn flavor and coffee grounds.
