It was amazing! I went with my girlfriend for a date, and it was the absolute best ramen I've ever tasted! I ordered the Tantan Special, and my girl got the Rich Rich Ramen Bowl, and we ordered a Mochi Ice Cream for dessert. The ramen and eggs- 10/10, the servers and atmosphere- 10/10! The restaurant was kind of in an inconspicuous spot, but it wasn't sketchy or low quality AT ALL, it looked premium, and I have no criticism!
Definitely worth it, would visit again!

Spicy tonkotsu is incredible. The gyoza is light and absurdly good.

Beef was very salty. Salad was little more than lettuce with ranch. 14 bucks.

The food was delicious, a quiet restaurant, and the waitress was very nice and helpful. My daughter and son-in-law took me there for my birthday in May.
Parking: Big parking lot because there are a lot of other stores there.

Some of the best ramen I’ve ever had in Utah!! Aside from the ramen, the buns are always fresh and consistently good quality. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Such a gem!

The person who helped us was so incredibly sweet and the ramen was so delicious definitely coming back! I got the Black Garlic Bomb and my husband got the Chicken Tatsuta we loved both but the Chicken Tatsuta was definitely the winner in our books.

The restaurant decor was pretty cool. The food not so much. The noodles weren’t noodley enough. Maybe I’m jaded by other restaurants serving something similar. It actually tasted like Mexican fideo. But I will give it a second shot.

I looove the food here, one of my favorite Asian restaurants, the prices are very reasonable and worth every penny you pay. My only complaint is that 2 times before we have gone 30 min before closing and they told us they do just take outs cuz they close in 30 min. I guess it’s better to clarify that on google so people are more aware of that fact! Other than that it’s great!!!

Everything we tried was delicious! The waitress also explained the different broths and where they come from, how they would taste, and how you can mix and match ingredients. Our favorite was the pork buns. I could eat 10 of them but the ramen is too good to pass up as well.

New kid on the block! I was casually returning some stuff in the UPS next door and saw this restaurant right next to it. It has decent interior spaces, very cozy. The staff is friendly. The prices are decent. The food is ok, it's good, but it's ramen. I will always be biased because I love Jinya Ramen, but One Noodle Bar comes very close to Jinya, especially for the prices it provides. One Noodle Bar's gyozas are something that I would return for, just because the flavors are different than your run of the mill gyozas. Would definitely come back again another time to try out their menu.
