Really blown away by the brisket and the Mac n cheese and the beans! Some of the best BBQ and really the best sides I think I’ve had anywhere. Also enjoyed chatting with the owner. Friendly and great service. Simple operation but seriously good bbq.

Everything is outstanding. The brisket is world class and I'd surprised if it hasn't won several awards. Would give more stars if I could

Very delicious BBQ, especially from a food truck — and without gouging on price.By the time I ordered, they had sold out of Brisket and Burnt Ends. But I love Pulled Pork anyway, so I got it in a sandwich, added Slaw on top, and a side of Smoked Mac and Cheese. The sandwich was fantastic.I’m not a BBQ aficionado, so I don’t know which region of the country the flavor profile is from. But it was a little bit vinegar-y and mustard-y. And I don’t mean that in a negative way. It was delicious. The pork was well-flavored and maintained its juiciness. The slaw was a nice balance on it, and the brioche bun was way better than a burger bun.The Smoked Mac was pretty good for a few bites, but I found myself getting tired of the flavor after that. I can’t put my finger in what it was.The texture was good — the noodles weren’t mush. The cheese had good consistency. Must have been the type of cheese or the seasoning that was added. Either way, I probably wouldn’t get that again, but I’m still glad I tried it.The guy in the truck (I assume he was the owner) was really nice and friendly.I would 100% return here.

Top notch pulled pork with to-die-for carolina style mustard based sauce. Seriously folks this sauce is a flavor explosion! We tried the brisket with some Tennessee style sauce and it was pretty solid. The Cole slaw is a pretty good version too, tailor made for the pulled pork. The cook/order taker is helpful and friendly as well, with a great attitude. This street side stand on 300W sits right next to the T.F. Brewing taproom. Worth a stop for lunch, highly recommended. ????????????????????

This was a truly great experience. Friendly service, fantastic food. Took a little bit of time but with the activities going on around the site time went great. Besides, I would rather have my food prepared with time and care as opposed to "FAST FOOD". I would highly recommend this truck. ENJOY!

Get the Randy. All the meat (can’t go wrong with any of them), amazing mac & cheese, potato salad. I’m not even a huge fan of Cole slaw, but that was delicious as well! Portions for the price were well above average, go try it!

This is one of the best lunches from a food truck I've experience in a long time. The owner gives a damn about flavor and presentation. Don't pass on the Mac and Cheese.

Great local bbq truck! Get over early on, because they absolutely will run out. Pulled pork sandwich and Mac is my go-to order.

This food is SO delicious! As a North Carolinian living in Utah, I can say this is the BEST bbq I’ve had in many years. We have definitely found our favorite food truck and can’t wait to see them around town!

Oh man... My wife bought (did not eat) the brisket and my daughter had the pulled pork. We're my wife not such a nice person, I would have returned the two slabs of lard and pork jerky. It was inedible. Honestly horrific.

I've only tried the food once so far. It was great. The Randy was awesome. Side of Mac and Cheese was killer too. Can't wait to come back and try the tacos.
