The pretzel bites š delicious we also ordered pretzel dog.. yummy!! We recommend if you hadnāt tried it the Death Star. I as a customer enjoy welcoming, happy friendly staff. So yes give this place a try.

came in and ordered BEFORE a group of teenage boys walked in. the boys walked in and the girls working made all of the teenagers drinks before mine and i waited close to 20 minutes regardless of the group of boys coming in after me. i got my drink last. favoritism much?? been loyal to thirst for YEARS. and i am shocked at how rude the girls were as soon as they saw boys their age walk in. mad and upset. very upset.

I come here ALL the Time, I work next-door, so I am literally in here every day. The last little while when I get a drink, it seems whichever drink of the week I get itās literally just a plain soda. I can barely taste any syrups, itās just pretty disappointing. Then today I spent $18 on a drink and a cookie and usually the staff is awesome and helpful and greatā¦ Today the girl who is always just a little loud screamed at the top of her lungs for some reason scared the crap out of me, and I honestly thought something was really wrong, And then proceeded to open the window, hand me my drink, and slam the window and scream again before I could ask where my straw was. I get everyone has their days, but I think that was a lot for anybody.today.

I had the most horrible experience this morning at thirst. We ordered one order of the special pretzel bites and they told us it would be about a 5 minute wait because they were just coming out of the oven. She then charges us for 2 orders so it was $22 for two drinks and one pretzel bite, and couldnāt figure out how to take it off. So we swiped our card for the full amount and she said it would be refunded. We pull our car to the side to wait, and sit there for over 15 minutes so I run inside to see how much longer it will be. They tell me they are just now coming out of the oven (which is what the girl originally told me when I ordered almost 20 minutes agoā¦) and theyād be out soon. 5 minutes later they bring out the wrong flavor. When I tell them they say they donāt have any ready and thereās nothing they can do except refund us. So now we have paid $22 for a 25 minute wait and 2 drinks!!! You need to be more organized!!!

These were so yummy! I ordered 2 separate days for parties. Both times the food was amazing. The employees are friendly and helpful. These are even yummy pulled out of the freezer and warmed up pretzels and Beignets for a snack! Thank you Thirst!
