I highly recommend Thirst. I had placed an order online and everything couldn't be ready at my pick up time. The manager and Sage went out of their way to get us the rest of the order to us. The whole crew appreciates you going above and beyond. Thank you.

I had a very bad experience at thirst today. First a very sus lady came to the window and she seemed like she was up to something. I ordered a Root beer with vanilla ice cream inside. When we got our order, I put my straw into my cup and everything went "BOOM". I immediately got drenched in sticky Root Beer and it got all over my phone and broke it. The entirety of the front half of the car got very sticky and wet. I would not recommend this place if you want to have a working phone and a nice clean car. ps. There was never any ice cream In my drink

The people were nice but food and drinks were awful. The hot chocolate was cold water and the beignets is just a dinner roll with powdered sugar on it.

I’m a Utah girl but have never really been into soda until I stopped at Thirst a couple weeks ago with a friend. Since then I’ve come back a time or too and have really loved the soda! I get the Dr McDreamy which is SO good. The pricing is also super reasonable with a 24oz costing a little under $4. The only thing I was bummed about was a couple days ago when I stopped by for my usual drink and they were out of raspberry purée. Bummer, but I’ll certainly be back! If you’re into soda, this place is great.

This place has horrible customer service. I ordered 3 drinks and 2 of them spilled due to their drink carrier. On top of that my other drink was in my car cup holder and caused a flood in my car which now I have to get cleaned which is going to cost me $80 at least. I came back to the establishment asking them to make it right and they refused. They had to call their CEO and their CEO refused to do the bare minimum. Now I have to pay $80 for my car to get cleaned, plus I didn't get three drinks that I paid for today originally. I am a community member that lives less than a mile way. I will be handing out flyers all over the community and do whatever I can so that no one patronize to this establishment again. Again, this is due to their lack of customer service and care their community. SWIG or So Delicious or Fizz would have NEVER given me a faulty cup holder that would my drinks fall in seconds nor would they treat me this way.

this place is consistently extremely slow, i love a yummy little bubbly water when it’s hot outside but after going many different days at many different times i can say only choose this place if you have twenty minutes to spare waiting in the drive thru. even when you’re the only car in line it takes a good 7 minutes to make a bubbly water with a syrup. there is also the issue of how slow the runners are, i think it is a wonderful idea to keep the line moving but multiple times i have been stuck trying to explain my order to the runner when there is nobody at the window because they are taking so long to grab orders.

Thirst is one my favorite snack and drink places! I absolutely love their salted pretzel bites and beignets! I'm not much of a soda drinker so I usually get a sparkling water drink like Miss Abby or Thirsty Mom. My kids love their chocolate chip and sugar cookies as well as the free popcorn. They have fast and friendly service and a drive through. We go here usually once a week!

Thirst is as good as any other soda shop, with the bonus of beignets that are delicious. They execute exactly what they are aiming to do: provide sodas and treats at a reasonable price that everyone can enjoy. The food and drinks deserve 5 stars, especially the beignets. Overall deserves 4.5 starsHad an issue where the employees told us we’d have to dispute charges for items we didn’t receive from an online order, but the owner did reach out to resolve the issue.l after the fact.

Seriously, how long does it take to make a dirty DP?! Ordered at 145 got the drink at 156! Ordered 8-9 cars before the window and the gal at the window asked what I ordered.... then proceeded to make it!! 2 stars for the drink itself, it was yummy. The service, speed, operations... Not good... not good at all ?
