Acai Bowl was frozen solid

Got an acai bowl and I’m pretty certain it was pre blended and stored in a freezer. :( I had to wait for it to thaw before I could even eat it. If I wanted that I could’ve just gotten the frozen smoothie bowls at a grocery store. I’m also pretty sure the granola on top came from a barely broken up nature valley bar. I can’t speak for the actual smoothies but the acai bowl was very not great. Just Juice in sugarhouse is similarly priced and makes this place feel like the Burger King of smoothie bowls.

I stop by this place on my way to work maybe once a week. I had only one time my order wasn’t perfect. I emailed management within the day I received an email response and an offer to a free item to make up for the one that wasn’t perfect. The drive thru employees are always very sweet.

Went through the drive thru. Were told both of our items were in the bag. When one wasn’t, we headed back to the line where we were met with no apology, and had to wait another 10+ minutes in line just for the drink they forgot. Not a pleasant experience.

Bowl was also frozen solid, not able to be eaten immediately.

I picked up an order and the lady on the cell phone never gave it to me and made me show her all my cell phone until how much they were going to pay me to deliver the order! Really what a shame and what an uncomfortable moment to show her everything and I even took off my cell phone in front of her! When he recited me, he spoke through his teeth and said bad words! I hope to return soon and be able to talk to the manager in charge

I wanted to snag a smoothie after work cause I love them here. But I tried coming in at least an hour before close and the doors were locked and lights were off. The open sign was still on and Google said they closed at 10p.m on a Saturday. I still plan on coming back here, but pretty disappointed about the early close

Super disappointed. They forgot grilled chicken on my Caesar salad and there was barely any dressing/ toppings.

I am a sucker for this place. I got hooked because the rewards available, the deals you can get through the app, along with their promotions and coupons. There are good variety of smoothies from green to sweet. I try something new every time I go. I will tell your their Bahama Mama is a favorite and their southwest wrap is good. Some of the items are pricier than I like but that is why I use their coupons and loyalty program because they offer a of incentives to come back.

So decided to stop by to tropical before I had to go to work the lady at the speaker was nice ordered a health nut with whey protein and a island punch when we got to the window the order was completely wrong she said I ordered one island punch with whey protein so I had to re order what I wanted smoothies were watery no taste to them at all waited 15 mins just two get my orders wrong never again will I come back
