Tropical Smoothie Cafe

We love tropical smoothie cafe the food is amazing and the smoothies are amazing and the staff is always friendly! When I want a treat that is my go to place.

Don't go to the one North May in oklahoma city. It has the worst service I have ever experienced.

Went into your Keene, New Hampshire location this morning at 10 AM to be greeted with no employees. The “front . We waited for several minutes, even announcing ourselves and nobody came out. We will not be back. Perhaps teach your employees that their phones aren’t the most important thing in the world?

We spilled a smoothie and messed up an order and the staff were immediately accommodating and friendly and got us replacements no questions asked. Really impressed, great staff.

Food was really good the acai bowl was so refreshing the atmosphere was not at all bad until you see how some of these younger generation is Kam and Mario seemed very upset when I interfered with they're tiktok content
Crazy what an attitude you can get when all you asked for was a straw, even got called an old hag for the first time ever in my mid 20s. Anyways I'll be visiting a different location from now on.

Really wanted to like this place. Food and smoothies are great. I guess it's no secret that this is the new reality of horrific customer experience is the new normal. However, when I think of how much it costs to get a customer through the door only to drive them away with unwelcoming attitudes is still hard to process.

I order through the drive-thru frequently throughout the week. Great pricing for tasty healthy smoothies and food that fills you up. I’m a stickler for good customer service, and this staff has been polite, pleasant/friendly, patient and timely - I’ve never waited longer than a minute or two for an order.

I’m Nigerian and love that there are so many tropical fruit options to choose from, and that the taste isn’t watered down. This is also the first place I’ve had a smoothie with banana in it where the banana didn’t overpower every other flavor.
I’ve only ever used the drive-thru and never actually been inside.

Smoothies are always good. I tried a new dragon fruit smoothie that was amazing.

As far as this location goes.

It was clean and service was fast, but staff can be a little more personable. I must say they worked well together!

Their iced coffee is always smooth and well balanced.

Stood at register waiting to order for 5 minutes before even greeted. Told to wait for someone else to take my order.
The person who finally decided to take my order had an attitude like I walked into their apartment uninvited and disturbed them, rather than an open business in the middle of business hours.

They aren’t it 👎🏻

Me, my wife, and MIL stopped in here because I was craving a smoothie as I’m currently pregnant and we’d been out all day around SLC walking. They took the order fine but it was when we had waited over 20 mins to finally get our food my MIL asked what the hold up was. They at first ignored her which made her upset and finally acknowledged her and then said they had given our order to the drive thru instead. What? The kid who took our order SAW US sitting and waiting for over 20 mins. They were NOT busy! 3-4 other employees were just standing around goofing off and doing nothing.

We finally got our food and they comped the order (after we had to ask first) which was all fine and good but cmon. The only one who seemed apologetic was the kid who took the order and that’s just because he was the one who got the brunt of my MIL. The others just stood there and ignored us.

Bad service. Bad food. Won’t be returning or recommending.

After dozens of positive experiences, something has changed with the Hummus Veggie wrap. Starting a week ago, something was wrong with the rice as if it was not fully cooked. Then today not only was the rice still off but some type of hot sauce had been added to both of the wraps that were ordered. Why would you suddenly start to add hot sauce to this wrap? Tasted awful and had to throw one of them into the garbage. Make it like you used to! Very disappointed. Tried to call but there was no answer and no way to leave a voice mail message.

The smoothies are really good—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. My only complaint is that they only offer one size. It’d be nice to have more options depending on how hungry or thirsty you are!
