Food is food as far as 98 Center goes. I ordered Phó to go. It was $30. That is INSANE. They add 18 or 20% gratuity for to go orders. You're kidding me! Picking up a to go order does noe warrant a tip, let alone a 20%. Perhaps you should pay higher wages to your employees, then you wouldn't have to charge your customers the difference of their wages for grabbing a bag of food. That is bare minimum service, and does not earn a 20% gratuity. Ridiculous!

Edited to respond to the response: 1) STOP discounting this REPEATED complaint. It is gross to charge gratuity up front for any regular orders, let alone take out. NO OTHER restaurants, that I have taken out from, in Moab charges gratuity for take out. Why? Because they are smart enough to know it is UNACCEPTABLE. 2) If you ACTUALLY cared, you would respond genuinely, instead of copy and pasting the exact same response to all reviews speaking of your service, prices, or fees. Nobody feels cared about when you receive the same deflecting response as everyone else.
3) Why would I go back and spend more money when you're going to do the same thing? Or are you promising a free meal? Because I don't think that's what is meant.

The service and the food are top notch. Everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Fresh and flavorful. The space is cool too! Highly recommend this place.

We love coming too this restaurant. The food is fantastic. We decided this last time that the atmosphere was a little noisy for us.

Pretty cool place. This is not an authentic Vietnamese restaurant, but a fusion place. Pho was good, although not exactly a traditional Vietnamese recipe.

Don’t sleep on this place! Food, cocktails, service, and ambiance and are absolute perfection. You’ve never had a cheesesteak better than this one, promise! The Bahn Mi rice bowl with wagyu steak was A+ as well. I also appreciated their selection of vegetarian and vegan options as well as the l NA drinks.

Cool vibe, amazing food. Gotta go!

Always one of my favorite places to eat in Moab. Yes, it can be very busy at the usual dinnertime but just relax, put your name on the wait-list, walk around for half an hour and then you'll be seated. Food is always great and the drinks fun (they change regularly).

We googled Asian food and guided us to there. It was not real Asian food. Ordered a sandwich and tasted pretty good. Friends ordered pho which was not as good as real Vehnanese pho.

Very busy and popular, but with a great atmosphere and vibe. We took first available table at the community table and had a really nice conversation with another couple dining. Staff was friendly and upbeat and welcoming even after a long hard day. Really enjoyed

Wow, this place is sure to make everybody happy! I am dairy free, so I loved all the vegan options. The tofu bahn mi was mind blowing… I ordered my extra spicy. My husband got the Wagyu and was extremely happy! We’ll be returning!!!

I'm not much for the artsy fartsy specialty type food but I really liked the cheesesteak sandwich and the kimchi with the deviled eggs

OMG, vegan cheesesteak is so good! And they had gluten-free buns 🙌🏻 They had several other vegan options so this is a ‘’must stop’! ✋

Vegane Gerichte sind gekennzeichnet. Die beiden Sandwiches waren lecker und werden standardmäßig mit Chips serviert
