Best meal in Moab! The vegan cheesesteak is life-changing. The bahn mi was so fresh. All of the ingredients were locally sourced. The local kombucha was so refreshing on a hot day. Tara was so kind and patient with our 3 vegan kids. We loved the vibe. Seriously, amazing!

This place is excellent. Got the pork banh mi salad, which my wife was so excited about, and the chicken banh mi noodle salad, and the pork deviled eggs. The pork deviled eggs are offensively good. Like I’d give anything to be able to make those at home. 10/10

Literally one of the top 5 salads of my life. Had the banh mi salad with black garlic dressing and waghu steak. Steak was perfectly grilled. The pickled beats were amazing. 1000% recommend 98 Center Moab!

I thought there weren’t good restaurants in Moab but this one changed my mind. The pork belly and salad were delicious and bigger portions than expected. We ate in the cute patio outdoors and it was very comfortable. Great service too!

The tofu banh mi was absolutely fantastic! Super fresh and full of flavor. I got it without the spicy chilis which made it not spicy which is how I personally like it. This was actually my first time having banh mi and the servers were great at explaining the menu and what exactly it was. Highly recommend!

Tried this place based on reviews. Food and cocktails were excellent as was the service, especially for giving great suggestions. We split a cheesesteak and the noodle salad bowl with beef. Don’t miss the Pama mama cocktail.

On a quick Moab trip stopped and had some lunch at 98 center. The food was excellent, service was great and their patio was very comfortable. The twist on some classic Vietnamese food was awesome and their flavor was spot on. Their new bowls are a must try.

And the Agave goddess drink was incredible! I want the recipe. Oh, we finished with the vegan chocolate cheesecake- and it was decadent.
