Salad was very good. Pho here is not to par, specially at $20 a bowl. I have had a lot of superb pho below the $20 mark. Kids pho bowl is $18 if you want to add a protein. I don’t know what’s different about the kids bowl but the broth tasted funky. Butter pasta was also funky smelling. Service is very attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere is cool, hip music. The place is kind of hot like a sauna.

Great flavorful Pho that is decent quality and spicy. Perfect after a long days hike. Takeout is the way to go.

I've been here a few times and today I learned we could get the banh mi sandwiches without the chicken liver pate and WOW. I hadn't had the sandwiches here before and they were ?? Absolutely fantastic, especially with a cup of pho!We had the pork belly appetizer and it wasn't something I would have usually ordered, but again, WOW! It was so crispy and yet melted in your mouth ? It was delicious even completely by itself, but you added the sauce to it and it was just so, so, so good.My girlfriend had the yuzu lemonade drink and I had a little sip and it was really good. Tart and refreshing. I had the Original Sin Blackberry Cider and I was really pleased with it, if I ever find it somewhere I would definitely buy it.Staff was fun and super nice, and the atmosphere was chill with great attention to detail for the decor. While the menu may be pricier than some other places, it will certainly be a meal to remember and I think all of us agreed it was well worth the price at the end. Great food!

Cute spot and excellent customer service. I ordered the Pho which was $20, a little pricey. For this much $$ for a bowl, I had high expectations and was so excited to try this place. However, I was extremely disappointed with the taste of the broth. It was way to salty and honestly didn't taste like pho at all. I had to add in tons of hoisin just to balance it out. Hardly any meat and noodles were undercooked. Vietnamese food is my favorite food and I have had tons of pho from the bay area and this was just nowhere near close to authentic :( super bummed

What a delight! Not only do they have several vegan options but the service is superb! Incredibly friendly staff that love to help, the host was awesome, a great way to give your guests a first impression of your restaurant! Had the vegan pho and vegan Philly cheesesteak, just mouthwatering. Too bad we were only visiting bc I would love to have this caliber of vegan food in my hometown! Totally recommend!

The cooking time is a bit long, but it's perfect when you want to eat Asian food in Moab. Especially the rice noodle soup is great.
