Great pizza! We got in late and were happy to find someplace open. Fortunately, we found Antica Forma. The food was excellent, attentive service and reasonable prices.

Very poor service overall. The wait for our food was extremely long, and the hostess was unfriendly, making us feel unwelcome from the start. When the food finally arrived, everything was cold—despite it being a warm day outside. The quality was below average, comparable to canned spaghetti, and definitely not worth the high prices. The chicken in the Pollo alla Parmigiana was dry and had the texture of a brick. Nothing stood out as special; this was a disappointing experience all around.

The Caprese Salad, Lasagne and Tiramisu were awesome!! Also the cocktail on their specialty menu made with juices and pineapple vodka. So delicious and perfect amount for my husband and I to split~ highly recommend ~

We got the meatball appetizer and it was good. The sauce was a bit runny and watery but still tasty. I got the chicken parmesan and was happy with it. Our server Linda was accommodating and a great server since she had us plus a large group and a lot of other tables.

I waited 15 minutes to get a table. But the wait was worthy. The food quality is amazing! Sonja was my server! She was so fast and polite with the service! The staff here really works hard. Yay! Five stars! Thank you, folks for this amazing experience! I will come back!

Nice normal restaurant in a mid-sized city but near to the Arches, so I guess that explains the very high price.
Good food... healthy proportions... nothing fancy. Recommend the pizza 🍕 😋 Prices aren't cheap.

Had a great time We have 2 young kids and we sat on the covered patio- it was glorious We asked if they had crayons for the kids. The owner brought out a ball of pizza dough and the boys played with that. Was genius! And way more exciting than crayons. We’ll be back!’ Oh ya, the pizza was top notch too!
