We came here 2 nights in a row!
I highly recommend the pizza and the calzone! You can see it being made fresh in front of you!
The line is insane- pro tip- if you’re open to sitting at the bar, do that to save time! It’s a popular spot, highly recommend!

This locations pizza dough is very good. But they don’t seem to care about cross contamination. I ordered 2 vegetarian pizza’s and I wanted it to be clean cut. They said to me okay. I saw two pieces of meat near my pizza. That is not acceptable. Additionally, waiter seemed rude.

I love coming to Antica Forma any time I’m in Moab. Decent wine list but awesome pizza selection and I personally love the crust! Sit inside—significantly better ambiance. :)

Lives up to the hype! 😍 The pizza was so delicious - the crust is thin and the sauce cheese were so tasty! We got a limonata and an Italian cream soda, which were both delicious! 😋 Definitely recommend stopping here if you are in Moab!

Ordered one pizza and garlic bread. Total was $35.

Paid with $100 bill. Was given $44 change. Unfortunately didn’t count my change as it was in small bills. Came back two minutes later to fix it and the employee told me I should have counted my change.

They have a dishonest employee, however when addressed they simply gaslit and shamed me for not counting my change.. I was just hoping to get a fair deal.

Wont ever be back.

Pizza is mid.

We ate here two nights and the first was better than the second, primarily due to the service. Our staff member on the first visit was more attentive, friendlier and on top of his game. The second night the staff member was forgetful, did not check-back with us and just lacked the attitude we would expect. The food with mixed reviews, the meatballs on both nights were great, large and tasty as well as the bruschetta bread. The chicken parmesan was a good size but was over cooked and a little tough. The second night we also tried the pizza, and it was good, but it was definitely not best we have had. Still, we would eat here again, we would just make different choices. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas, and we the weather was perfect for dining outside both nights.

Be careful of the auto gratuity! They automatically add 20% then suggest an additional tip at the bottom of the receipt. It's incredibly predatory. Don't make the same mistake I did and pay $60 after tip for a terrible meal.

The pizza primavera was the worst pizza I've ever had. I should have sent it back. It was just a mountain of spinach for $21. Underneath the mountain of spinach it was just oily and lacking sauce.

Also, don't use the salt shakers. Watched a kid lick the top of one.

It's a nice place with tasty pizza that comes out quickly and is hot, just as pizza should be. The wine was good and it's a good atmosphere where you can catch some games on the TVs.

Portion size are great. Need more mozzarella on my pizza. Very busy and team seems overworked.

This was a to go order on Girella - appetizer, a Capricciosa pizza and a Salciccia e funghi pizza. All three items had a bland taste, we were expecting more flavor from a specialty restaurant. The pizzas are described as personal size. Being there were only two of us we each ordered a pizza and one pizza is big enough to feed two adults. The actual pizza size should be listed. Picking up the pizza at the restaurant I asked for napkins. The host walked away and I never saw him again. I left after waiting for a few minutes. Overall the food, description of the food online, and the food taste was disappointing.

I lived in Italy in Ravenna and Pisticci. Antica Forma has the best gluten free crust that I've ever had. Truly excellent authentic Italian pizza. Enjoy the great eats!

Honestly came here because it was one of the few places showing the World Series. Pizza was good but expensive for size.
Bruschetta tasted good but had tomato stems we had to pick out.
But we order the chicken ALFREDO and the sauce was amazing. Chicken was dry but the best sauce ever ! Lol
