We ate dinner here on 8/17/25. I’ll start with the good first. This pizza was really good. The bruschetta had great flavor but the bread was not toasted very well so was soggy. Had that been all this review would be a good review. However, it was disturbing to see all the staff sitting at tables scrolling their phones unless someone walked in, an order needed taken or delivered to a table, then right back to sitting at a table scrolling their phones. Phones are one of the dirtiest items and carry the most germs. The most disgusting thing was when one of the guys from the kitchen came out wearing his black food safety gloves, sat at a table and scrolled his phone and touched his chair with his gloves on, then went back into the kitchen area and began working again with the same gloves. Management needs to do some better training, especially on health and safety.

For the middle of nowhere - I did not except to have good pizza . This was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had . Absolutely delicious- my husband got a pasta dish and also said it was amazing ! Great flavor would come back for sure !

The server was trying her best but seemed to be the only one working when we visited. Wait times were long for a mostly empty restaurant. It's a shame because we were really excited to try it.
My kids and spouse enjoyed the pasta. I ordered the steak and it was a complete waste of money. The steak was mostly just fat and what little actual meat there was was flavorless and a gross texture. I ended up throwing 90% of it in the garbage.

Worst food in Moab. Ordered lasagna and it was like something from a school lunch,wife ordered a sausage calzone and received a calzone filled with a mystery meat that was definitely not sausage. Tried to return and was turned away. Terrible food and worse service
