Absolutely awesome, authentic Thai food! We went for an early dinner after visiting Canyonlands. My wife is Celiac and must eat gluten free...she had the Green Curry and it was outstanding! My Panang Curry was delicious, as was my daughter's Drunken Noodles and son's Chicken Verde (pasta with green curry). Service was terrific, friendly and knowledgeable. It was so good, we went back the next night after visiting Arches National Park and sat outside in their adorable courtyard! This time, they prepared the Drunken Noodles gluten-free, which was amazing. The kids loved the pho and the shumai, and even the Thai Cucumber Salad was delicious. I highly recommend Arches Thai!

I didn’t recommend this restaurant for any tourist passed by Moab town. I went to order takeout food and the waiter requested me to check the menu on the wall, which has some part hidden by fake flower. He has several copies right near his side and didn’t want to offer one menu for me to order! Sounds ridiculous! Im super surprised as well! I was standing there waiting for so long and not even allowed to get a seat! In the meanwhile there are some Americans coming to order takeout food and they are served with a menu copy directly! The pad Thai is not authentic and the curry is just normal with super strong coconut milk! If this restaurant doesn’t welcome any Asian people, certainly get a sign marked clearly!
