Our server was very good. We were greeted and sat immediately. I ordered a roll and unagi nigiri a long with tuna nigiri. Everything was delicious, unfortunately we're here to tour the mountains so the likelihood of us returning is slim but I wanted to thank the staff for such great service and the chef for a wonderful meal. Great authentic place tucked into this desert town. They blend several different Asian cuisine types, but we came for sushi. We were not disappointed, it was excellent, and the potstickers were fried crisper than I usually see them, which gave a great crunch! They even have 2 giant gongs in there, which you'd think might be annoying with small children wanting to bang them, but the tone is deep and mellow and almost blends into the background music. Highly recommend.
