The coffee was actually amazing. Loved it, and I'm pretty picky with coffee. The breakfast sandwich was ok, but again, I'm really picky. The lady making the coffee was really nice. Definitely will visit again if I'm in the area. The lack of a crowd was also very appealing to me.

I should have listened to earlier reviews: drip coffee is very weak and watery. There’s nothing “nuclear” about it. Dumped it out and went elsewhere. Breakfast Burrito was meh. I asked for the bacon and they gave me sausage instead. Too much cheese for my taste, too.

Food truck located end of the main street, does have outdoor seating. The food is just alright and the prices are considered high. The latte is disappointing.

Wow this is the best latte I have found in Moab! I travel here for work often and have seen and drank some horrible milk waters but THIS, this is PERFECTION! Nice thick creamy foam!! And they are really nice too! With a great food menu!

All I wanted to say is that their Macchiato was amazing. The gal that works there knows exactly what she was doing with the ratio of espresso to foamed milk. The espresso she pulled was beautiful.

Coffee was watered down. Veggie breakfast burrito had hardly any veggies in it. Not the friendliest establishment that I’ve been to.
Follow up: I was there the morning of Sunday 11/3 around 9am. You were definitely open & was the only food truck open in the park. I have uploaded a copy of my credit card charge for proof. I visit Moab often however am not friends, or affiliated, with the other place I recently left a positive review for. After your defensive response, I have downgraded my review from 2 stars to 1 star and will not be back nor recommend to anyone.
