Bella’s Desert Deli in Moab is a great find. The sandwiches are fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. You can tell they put care into everything they make. It’s a perfect stop for lunch after exploring or driving through town. Simple, friendly, and really good food all around.

On the day I was there, the staff was not friendly. The tuna melt sandwich was OK. The cheese was melted on the outside of the bread. The tuna mix was not heated. I was surprised that a cup of water was not available. He said we don't do it like that here. We don't have ice. I noticed a menu with a variety of iced coffee drinks. Dine-in is not available. Everything is take out.

At first I was like, what??? $15 for a sandwich? But it actually comes with a side and is made with high-quality ingredients. You can taste the difference.
This little shop doesn’t have indoor seating, but there are a few tables set up outside in the alley if you want to eat there.
I do wish there were more beverage options. A house made lemonade would’ve been perfect.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience — great customer service and a really well-made sandwich.

Made when you order food. Homemade. Great flavor. Some seating while you wait. Some games to play as well. No seating to eat inside but you can find some places to sit around the area. A take away type place. One sandwich was enough food to save half a sandwich for the next days lunch or share … IF you wanted. Definitely will stop by again the next time we drive through.

Highly recommend Bella’s deli!!! We popped in for lunch and had a few questions about finding some local gear. We were given a few shoppes to check out and were very pleased. Our food was delicious! Sandwiches had the best meat and veggies and the salads were so full and tasty! I would love to eat here again if we were staying in the area longer! Check it out!!!

Neat little hole-in-the-wall sandwich shop. There is no dine-in seating so be prepared to take your food to-go. Prices are fair and the food is excellent. Service is great. Can't go wrong here.

We got here too late the day before and they had sold out. Today we got there in time and ordered a club sandwich to split. It was outstanding. The staff was friendly, but mostly in the back working. There is no seating here except to wait for an order. I recommend ordering online to save time waiting in the shop. Most people seemed to do that. Highly recommend this place.
