Great Breakfast Spot in Moab’s Adventure Hub
Cactus Jacks Restaurant in Moab (located at 190 S Main St) is a great place to start your day in one of the world’s most adventurous cities. Open everyday, they offer an extensive menu with both American breakfast classics and Mexican-style dishes.
The breakfast menu has something for everyone - from traditional plates like The Standard (eggs, hash browns, meat and toast) to heartier options like The Big Biscuit with fried chicken, or their signature Big Ol’ Cinnamon Roll made from the original recipe. They also offer breakfast burritos, huevos rancheros, omelets, and griddle items like their CHX + Waffles (fried chicken with Belgian waffles).
Beyond breakfast, they serve lunch with burgers, tacos (including Baja Fish Tacos and Jack’s Pork Tacos), salads, and their unique Cactus Jack’s Pork Bowl. Prices are reasonable, with most breakfast plates ranging from $14-$16.
The dine-in atmosphere is nice and welcoming in the morning.
It’s a solid choice for breakfast when you’re exploring Moab and need to fuel up before hitting the trails!

Cactus Jacks is our new go to breakfast spot in Moab. Service is always great and if you’ve never had French Toast coated in Frosted Flakes, you’re missing out. Seems to be a local favorite too.

This place is hands down super yummy! Stopped here breakfast before our adventures and was delicious! The Benny was amazing (per hubby) and the AM bowl with gravy and sausage was amazing as well! 100% recommend :) I will be back

This is high quality food!! My son really liked the chicken and waffles and ub liked the veggie omelet. We really enjoyed the great cooking and delicious ingredients. Also when I asked for pico de gallo to go with my omelet, they gave me a fresh cup of it.

Took allergy very serious. Accommodated my restrictions. Very friendly and even with the long line the wait was only 10 mins.

3 of us visited on a busy Saturday morning. We waited about 30 minutes and the service was okay considering. I had the Big Biscuit and a Bloody Mary, it was all so delicious! The Bloody Mary came with bacon and green olives.
The French toast was covered with some cornflakes or something. Is the French toast fried?
My husband ordered fish tacos and wings, they didn't even compare to our breakfast! CC should not advertise 1 pound wings, the menu should say 6 wings. We brought 4 of the 6 wings home and they didn't even weigh a 1/2 pound.

We ate at Cactus Jacks 2 days in a row! Chx Benny, Southwest Bowl, & B&G were all delicious!! Our 12 year old boys begged to come back!

Do not eat here unless you want to be stolen from. My server took it upon herself to take a 34% tip in the hopes I wouldn’t notice. Thank god for credit card companies that alert for fraudulent activity.
