“This is my favorite restaurant in Moab and it's not even a restaurant. It's a gas station that has a little fried chicken deli area. They sell spicy chicken sandwiches, jambalaya, chicken, sides, etc. When you walk into the gas station, look to the left, get the food you want, and pay at the counter. The food is simple, cheap, and tasty. Easy in and out. Not too crowded.“
