Upcharged for something I didnt order.
Got something way Different than advertised, both price-wise, and food-wise.

Staff is extremely rude. Youre bothering them making the pizza.

Their model is they allow you to order it online, then when you go in to pick it up 30 mins later, THEN they start making your pizza. On top of that, their service and attitude are shite.

Total miss on Dominoes part and then they hung up on me when I called them on it. The screwed up our order and then hung up when I called to complain. We normally order pizza from here every week for the kids but it looks like we will have to find a new place as the food wasn’t accurate and the customer service was an abject failure.

The worst delivery experience EVER! Time quoted was 30min, but delivery took almost 2hrs! Calls to outlet were not connected and delivery agent Alysia did not even apologize but just walked away. UNBELIEVABLE!

All businesses make mistakes, but you can tell a lot about their staff and quality of service by how they resolve those mistakes. I had an issue with my order, and when I called the store, Zoe and the manager Dare were absolutely incredible.
They were kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making things right. They sent out a fresh pizza that was delicious and even refunded my entire order—completely exceeding my expectations.
Their response turned a disappointing situation into a truly positive experience. I really appreciate the way they handled everything, and I’ll definitely be ordering from this Domino’s again. Huge thanks to Zoe and Dare for their excellent service!

The night manager was yelling at the workers and the one young girl employee noticed i looked over and she said sorry.. the manager should have said sorry.. I feel bad for those young employees.. having to deal with that dudes EGO. SMH

Ordered large pizzas received medium pizzas and was told I could take my food or get my money back and my compensation for their screw up could be a free drink. Then the “manager” that is a 25 year old was rude and was smug about being “Happy” that they didn’t have much competition in Moab that they could treat people like this in town!!! Very sad for our community!!

We ordered pizza to eat in the restaurant and were told it would take about 15 minutes. We got our drinks and waited at the table opposite the counter; we were the only customers. The radio was very loud. After waiting for almost 40 minutes, we asked what had happened to our pizza and were told that it had been ready for a long time and that we had been called twice. We just asked why we hadn't been spoken to directly, especially since we were the only customers. A guy who spoke perfect German came over and told us to get out or he would call the police. We told him that we were tourists and didn't know the rules, and he told us again that we should get out as quickly as possible; he would call the police. As the saying goes, it's best to give in, so we left the restaurant. We have never been served or treated so unfriendly anywhere else. I am shocked at the way Domino's treats its customers. I will definitely not go there again.

The worst place to come to. We had been standing in line for awhile and they ignored us. When asked if they can take our order, the employee said no, he was too busy making pizzas when he had just finished helping someone at the register. The worst thing was that the workers were arguing amongst themselves.

In Moab for the weekend and decided to run to Dominos for a late night bite since we slept the day away after a long drive. OMG this pizza is DELICIOUS! Friendly staff also!

Such a terrible experience. I would give it zero stars if it was an option. I waited ten minutes at the counter just for one employee to acknowledge me. They said I had to wait for someone else. There was nobody else. I said I just had an order it said it was ready can you check? They said my phone was not an employee he was the one working. What kind of response is that to a customer? After another ten minutes he finally asks my name and checks the finished area and my pizza was there. When I opened the box it was a unappetizing mess inside. I would rather go anywhere else then Moab Domino's now. Such terrible service. Also it is very hard to speak and hear inside the store.
