Not open during hours, waste of time.
We had some great burgers here! Highly recommend the Kolob (it’s got some kick!) the burgers are super juicy and service was quick! A great option for some grab and go burgers after a long day of hiking!

Not the same experience as the rest. I ordered the bison burger which was dripping with grease. Odd for such a lean meat. Didn’t really taste like bison. Onions were raw. Not caramelized. Menu also said bacon and tomato also. Unless it changed, that was also missing. Sidewinders were good but soaked up all the grease from the burger and couldn’t finish them.

I’m eating the Kolab burger. Let me tell you… this is THE BEST BURGER I’ve had in a long long time. So good that I’m only two bites in and I’m JUMPING on here to review already. Don’t sleep on this place. Sooooooooo good.

We were looking through the options in Moab for a good quality, freshly made burger for take out and these guys popped up. Everything was great. Fresh ingredients, some interesting meats and toppings, a good toasted bun and tasty, thick - but not too thick - seasoned fries. Friendly staff. Recommend! Note, it’s a food truck, so you might want to call to check their location.

I've been to this truck twice now. Both times were awesome! I cannot recommend them enough. Best burgers in Moab hands down. Both times I had the onion burger (Antelope Island) and man, what an experience. Fresh bun, juicy patties, flavorful toppings and crazy good fries. My wife had the lamb/greek burger and my mom the regular cheeseburger. Both of them were singing the same praises as me. We will continue going here as long as they are open.

Tried the Bonneville burger and the Kings Peak burger. Both were absolutely delicious and had tons of flavor! The fries were crispy and came with a really yummy sauce. The staff were also very friendly. Will absolutely be coming back for another delicious meal!

Really good burger. I had the Onion Creek burger and it was hot, juicy and well seasoned. The price was great for the quality!

Delicious! I had the Antelope Island burger. It's the best bison burger I've had. It was moist throughout. The caramelized onions on top were perfect! I'm not sure what to call the fries as they had a unique shape, but they were hot and tasty! My wife had the Onion Creek burger, and she thoroughly enjoyed hers. Portion sizes are generous. I highly recommend this place.

ordered a double patty burger, it showed up as a single (already taken like 3 bites out of it) I took it to them and they said they'd replace the burger easy peasy. nope, dude came back with a patty and cheese. even though my food got cold sitting for the 10 minute drive back and 15 minute wait. if your charging this much for your burger but can't read a order properly stick to working at McDonald's. the bread was horrible and fell to pieces as you bit into the burger, even as a single. only thing you can taste was the cheap burger king BBQ sauce they slather all over the burger and the patties where not even tasteful. doesn't matter if you order wagyu or buffalo if you don't know how to season and cook the meat. overall first experience here was disappointing
Delicious burgers. Really bummed we didn't get to try the fries as they ran lut of potatoes. They just opened, so I'm sure they'll work out the logistical kinks.
