We loved our first expierence with the food and atmosphere so much, we decided to come back to the Moab Food Trucks and try a new one. Upon arriving excitedly to Fresh To Go I saw they were out of Veggie Burgers when all the meat options appeared to be fully stocked. I now had 2 options and avacado wrap w/humus or avacado sandwich. I went with the wrap hoping for for nutrients with its ingredients. Once I received my wrap there was a single slice of avacado, such little hummus on one area of the wrap you couldn't taste it including a couple tomatoes/cucumbers in the center and a sea of nothing but lettuce. I was very dissapointed and went home hungry. I never write reviews, but feel vegetarians/others need to be aware if your seeking a wholesome/filling meal I'd look elsewhere.

Tasty burger. Good fries.It’s a food truck in a lot with tons of other food trucks all around. I thought it was a cool spot. I was craving a burger & thought this would be convenient. There’s tables & shade in the center.

Ordered the Cheddar Burger with fries. It wasn't that good at all. The burger was well done + dry. Didn't have a lot of flavor either nor did it look like it was a of good quality either. It seems like nowadays nobody knows how to cook an American burger anymore....juicy and medium/medium rare. Everything now is a hockey puck. Fries were hot and good though but that's about it. I can't recommend this place nor will I be returning. Go spend your money elsewhere.

My Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was incredible–one of the best that I have ever had (including ones in Philadelphia). Ordering was easy, preparation was timely, and the result was delicious. The accompanying onion rings were divine. A really good and plentiful lunch for a very reasonable price.

I ordered the cheddar burger, and asked for it with pickles and onions. When I got the burger, it had pickles, onions and mayonnaise… when I went back to get it fixed the person at the counter made sighed heavily and was clearly annoyed with me wanting my food correct…The buns are not great either. Subpar burger, much better options in Moab.

I had a Buffalo chicken burger, unfortunately there was almost no Buffalo sauce on it and the chicken was dry. I also had cold fries and was served by a very unfriendly lady. For the same money I can also get an authentic and high quality burger somewhere else... poor value for money.

The food was excellent! I had a brisket beef sandwich and fries. Brisket was delicious. My husband had a Philly cheesesteak sandwich that he loved. Oh and they added jalapeños per my husbands request. Will definitely eat here again.
