Called and ordered two burritos for pick up. One sausage and one with only egg, cheese and potatoes with green Chile. When I walked in no one said hello or even acted like they knew I was there. Eventually the lady cleaning the table came over and I told her I had two burritos for pick up. She said two sausage? I said no one with one without sausage she said yes. Well they both had sausage in them. So that was a bust. Green Chile was good but otherwise one burrito was a total waste.

Got in to Moab at around 10pm and totally starving. This is one of the only late night offerings and it ROCKED! BURRITO....huge!! QUESA BIRRIA....amazing....TRES LECHES...superstar. Around $40 for 2 people!

Stopped by Gilberto’s Mexican Taco Shop and absolutely loved it. The place has a cozy, authentic feel with vibrant decor and a relaxed indoor and outdoor seating area. Perfect for a quick bite or a chill meal with a view.
The food was 🔥 — portions were generous and super flavorful. The chicken dish was fresh and well seasoned, the rice and beans were spot on, and the sauces they have available added the perfect kick. Everything tasted homemade and hearty.
Service was quick, Also loved the outdoor seating with the mountain backdrop — great vibe for a casual meal.
If you’re in the area and want good Mexican food that actually hits the spot, this is the place. Highly recommend! 🌮🌯
