100% would recommend you make a trip here. I was blown away at how fancy our food looked the plating was on point. Felt like we were eating at Michelin star restaurant. Tasted that way too!!

Hubby and I had lunch here in between mountain biking/hiking jaunts. Staff here is super nice and chill. It was easy to park, walk in, get a table. No hassles! We shared the country fried steak with gravy, potatoes, and a biscuit. They also made a pot of decaf coffee for us đ

Hidden Cuisine is truly a âhiddenâ gem in Moab - hidden in that this wonderful eatery is not the easiest to find - It is three or four miles south of downtown on Main Street (Hwy 191) - but is VERY MUCH worth the drive out of town. We had come to the area many times as tourists but didnât discover Hidden Cuisine until after moving to Moab; that was our loss but it doesnât have yo be yours. This spot is the best place in town for a delicious breakfast and the lunches are simply spectacular. You must try Zinziâs (the owner) South African specialties. Hidden Cuisine is our favorite spot in Moab and will be yours as well! MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
