One of the best breakfast and lunch spots in Moab. Crepe’s and Smoked Salmon Benedict are my favorites. The chef is from South Africa and offers a special South African lunch menu from 1100 - 1500. Don’t forget to grab a Crème Brûlée too.

Hidden Cuisine is a hidden gem! It was delicious to the last bite! We had the Hidden Scramble Crepes, Three Pigs Omelette and Chef’s Crepes (sweet, asked for no powdered sugar on top) to go. Coffee and green juice was good too.

Would an unexpected pleasure to find South African food as well as American. Very friendly, greeting. Appropriate table talk with sincerity. Food was brought out quickly. Biscuits were well prepared and it was tasty gravy although I do like bits of sausage in mine.

The brunch food was excellent! The smoked salmon eggs Benedict was perfect - not too salty, perfect crunch with red onions, fluffy poached egg and delicious hollandaise sauce. The potatoes were perfectly crispy as well! The French toast was also incredible - homemade house berry sauce that was perfect, fresh and not too sweet - just right. We will have to come back and try the lunch menu for the South African cuisine (starts at 11am). Very nice server who was very attentive and kind. It's a locals spot and peaceful compared to downtown Moab. We loved it - highly recommend!

My wife loved her Chicken Roti.

We popped in right around 2, and they were closing at 3. They were very gracious, and helpful with my husband's food allergy. I ate a delicious Caprese salad, piled up with arugula, pesto strewn on top.

Great little brunch spot on the outskirts of town. Service was good, food was good, solid menu, reasonably priced. Would recommend

Great place- a hidden gem a couple miles south of downtown. Excellent food with very fresh ingredients. Service was a little slow for cafe breakfast, but not horrible. Very easy parking too.

Don't be fooled by the dirt parking lot and outward appearance. Excellent breakfast. Excellent service. Quite nice inside.
