This truck is amazing. Came here after a summer day in Arches National Park and got the longboard with 3 flavors (there are a ton to choose from). Enjoyed it so much I had to go back and get a second one. The ice is a perfect snowy texture. Feels just like snow. Perfect way to deal with the extreme heat in Moab. The food truck park also has mist surrounding the picnic tables which is a great way to cool down also.
We stopped by this shaved ice stand and I am so glad we did! Prices were fair, service was great, and the shaved ice was delicious. I got the "tigers blood" in a 4 inch cup and my other half got a cherry in a 9 inch cup. No complaints. Very refreshing on a hot afternoon!

Kids were hot and went wild for this shaved ice. Huge portions. Great flavor selection. There is a semi covered area in the Moab food truck park with cooling mist surrounding. Very refreshing stop.
