Everytime we pass through Moab, to other destinations, we stop at this McDonald's. Everytime we use their drive up, we get missing orders. We stop and eat just north of town at the Colorado Bridge, rest area. We then find out we are short a meal, we hem have to travel back through town to recieve our missing order. We are learning to always get a receipt. Check our food before we leave. A slow down of our exit of the facility. People in line wait longer. Maybe someday we will win the lottery of successful fas food purchasing. Leave the McDonald's with all our food, quickly. The food is good, the help is polite and friendly. Just would like it to work like it should, and just order, pick up, and go.š

Standard McDonaldās seemed busy for 3pm on a Sunday. Went in to order/use restroom. Order took a while to come out. The employees were mia from the front register so people picking up orders they had just placed and those picking up like door dash didnāt quite know what to do. Food was as to expected.

The food and service of this location is noticeably improved since I was last in town 2 years ago. The biscuit sandwiches were hot and fresh and tasted like a fresh baked biscuit should. The drive thru service was slightly slower, but not bad and the staff was always friendly.

Tables are so dirty, no one cleans here, employees should pass through the tables once a while, but all of them messy
I have gone to this location a total of 3 times, of those 3 visits, I have ordered a double quarter pounder every time, and yet, somehow, Iāve only managed to accumulate 3 hamburger patties š¤¦āāļø the price of a cheeseburger burger is 4$ less than the hamburger I attempted to purchase, I would say maybe Iāll just start buying single cheeseburgerās now, but then Iād probably end up walking away with a salad mashed between two bunsā¦Iām not really sure when math became so difficult, but as far as Iām aware, 1+1 does equal twoā¦.maybe with the extra 12$ I gave you, you could spend it educating the new hires? Just a thought

When you charge 5.29 for an egg mcmuffin that goes for $3 everywhere else, you should at least be able to get the correct number of sandwiches into the bag, along with a couple napkins. But nope...not in Moab.
