Great deals on hashbrowns buy one get one. We dined for our family and food was fresh, place was clean, friendly staff that morning. We hope they bring back their chicken sandwich for the breakfast menu.
Got the exact same order as my friend. Their order took 5 minutes while I waited 20 minutes before asking for a refund because mine still hadn't arrived. The kiosks also don't let you order water unless you pay extra for bottled 🙄
Please do your customers a service. Your self checkout is terrible. Go see A&W restaurants on how to do the self checkout item menu properly. It's easy to order on. Yours is frustratingly slow.
Here we are again. Love the sausage biscuit. But a helper is here because the self serve kiosks are so badly designed. You need an efficiency expert to straighten out the menu on screen
The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen (Tables and floor).
They offer service and you have to pick up your food yourself at the counter.
Not a ton of option in Moab late at night. I’m glad this was available.
What a delightful experience at this McDonald’s! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by how bright, spacious, and impeccably clean the entire restaurant was. Large windows allowed plenty of natural light to pour in, giving the place a fresh and open feel that’s rare for fast food locations.
But what truly stood out was the outstanding service from a wonderful elderly lady who was tending to the dining area. She wasn’t behind the counter, but she might as well have been the heart of the restaurant. She moved through the space with such care and pride—wiping tables, checking in with guests, and making sure everything was spotless. She even stopped by my table with a warm smile and asked if everything was alright, something you’d expect at a fine dining restaurant, not a fast-food chain.
Her presence brought a sense of warmth and hospitality that made my visit genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and grace, and it truly elevated the whole experience.
This McDonald’s is a gem—not just for its clean and inviting space, but for the people who bring it to life. I’ll absolutely be returning.
My wife and I are on a carnivore diet. Normally, we can purchase 1/4 lb beef patties for $1.15 - $2.00 each but here in Moab, UT they charged $4.50/patty. Major rip-off. Wendy's down the street, offers fresh, never frozen beef patties for $1.70 each
All very good
They cannot speak or understand English. Tried to order a sausage egg mcmuffin meal with an added sausage egg mcmuffin for a dollar. So the usual 6 dollar or so price was suddenly 11 bucks. Ordered a coffee with half decaf and got full regular coffee. Ordered cream and sugar in the coffee and got nothing. Then instead of a sausage egg mcmuffin it was a bacon egg mcmuffin.
No habla English then don't hire them until they do.
Their servers are great

I've had sausage McMuffin with Egg sandwiches hundreds of times at locations all over the country, and this was a rare time when it wasn't up to standard. Both the sandwich and hash brown were underdone. Not too bad for the sandwich, but a mushy hash brown is no bueno. Bummer....
Recently visited Moab with family , my son wanted a milk shake so we called in here one evening, it had 2 other customers, & a few cars in the drive thru , not busy , put the order in after about 10 minutes this staff member came out with a face that looked very angry ,her attitude matched her face , took the cash no please no thank you , order will be out when it's ready, she told us , my son actually said to me she's not happy ,
She went back in behind the counter & while we were waiting & waiting she tell's other staff members I don't want to work , I hate working don't want to be here tonight working either , I turned to my one of my family members & said that quite obvious, eventually the milkshake came after about 20 minutes by another staff member , who slammed it down on the counter , never uttered a word & had a the same unhappy looking face as the other one ,
Worst attitude from staff I've seen since visting the states ..
My advise to staff look for new jobs were you don't have to deal with the public if you hate working !!!! She knew we could hear her whole conversation.
Unorganized kaos!
Great place for a bite and to get caught up with electronics and work
No coke Zero 😩
