I haven’t had McDonald’s in years until now and wow this one somehow really hit the spot, perfectly cooked food, seemed fresh, the staff were so nice. I couldn’t figure out the app for a minute and the guy at the window taking my order was sooo patient with me and so nice and then to top it off I got a free smoothie with my order and that really hit the spot.

Apparently their mocha machine was down which caused them to take 20-25 minutes on everyone's order, lol. Bunch of clowns working here. Manager is crashing out. Avoid like the plague

The foods good, I wish they worked on door dash orders a bit quicker. Everytime we doordash, the time says around 30 minutes, every couple of minutes the time pushes 40 minutes on an on an on until the arrival time is near 2 hours. End up canceling. Not sure if its the doordashes fault, or if McDonalds just simply pushed back the orders.

Everytime we pass through Moab, to other destinations, we stop at this McDonald's. Everytime we use their drive up, we get missing orders. We stop and eat just north of town at the Colorado Bridge, rest area. We then find out we are short a meal, we hem have to travel back through town to recieve our missing order. We are learning to always get a receipt. Check our food before we leave. A slow down of our exit of the facility. People in line wait longer. Maybe someday we will win the lottery of successful fas food purchasing. Leave the McDonald's with all our food, quickly. The food is good, the help is polite and friendly. Just would like it to work like it should, and just order, pick up, and go.😊

Standard McDonald’s seemed busy for 3pm on a Sunday. Went in to order/use restroom. Order took a while to come out. The employees were mia from the front register so people picking up orders they had just placed and those picking up like door dash didn’t quite know what to do. Food was as to expected.
