Meet awesome James, the best Mcdonald server I've met in years. I even asked him if he was the owner. No employee cares about the business like him. But James said he is not. If the owner reads this, you should not only keep James but to give him a raise. He is gooood.. it was a pleasant experience!

Decided to try the chicken big mac. Went when it was not busy at all. Very few cars in the parking lot, one other car in the drive through. Ordered a chicken big mac by itself, nothing else. Paid and went to the pickup window. They had me pull to the side and wait 5+ minutes for my food to come out to me. If they had told me I was going to have to do that before I paid I would have driven away. The CBM was average. TOO MUCH big mac sauce. It was overpowering in flavor. A better chicken sauce with less of it would have made the sandwich much better. Now I remember why I avoid McD's.

They forgot my drink I had to go back and get it. Probably the kiosk fault though. Parking was annoying

A bit slow for a McDonald's but it may be a staffing thing. Food was exactly what we ordered and it tasted exactly like it has every other time we've had McDonald's anywhere.

A man looked to the right and immediately helped me carry two trays. Very nice to everyone, cleaned all the tables immediately after use. Can't criticize anything, food normal and even warm. Locally clean.
Parking: In the middle of Moab junction of Main Street and the legendary Kane Creek Road. Own parking space in front of the building.

We went to the McDonalds in Moab Utah and had an awful experience. I placed the order ahead of time in the app. We got to the restaurant and there was 1 can ahead of us in the drive through. We sat at the second window for about 5 minutes after getting our drinks with no straws and a hot fudge sundae without a spoon. Eventually the girl working the window tells us to pull into a stall. We wait another 10 minutes for our order to come out to the car. We decide to check our orders and instead of my 6piece chicken nugget kids meal with extra fries instead of apple slices and my kids meal with a hamburger, fries, and extra fries instead of apple slices We got two 4 piece kids meals with apple slices, no fries, and no sauce. I walked the meals back into the restaurant and asked to be given the correct order the girl rolled her eyes and asked what I ordered and what I was missing. I had to repeat myself 3 times because she was busy talking to someone else. After me standing there for 5 or so minutes I got half of what I ordred. It took 2 or 3 more minutes of them asking what else I needed before I got the rest. I took them back out to our car. The hamburger bun was hard and stale tasting. The chicken nuggets and fries were cold and old tasting. We ended up only eating about half the meal before we shared it with the crows. Even they wouldn't pick at the food. Overall a crappy experience.
