We went hunting for food and found food truck mall. Half were closed (because mid November, I assume). The others that were open, slim pickings. We went to chicken place. I personally didn't like it. It tasted like the chicken was cooked in old grease and on top of that, most overcooked. I will choose Wendy's next time if we don't find something else better than a food truck.

Side note: I will eat from a food truck but, honestly this was not good.

This food truck park is in the heart of Moab and consists of several acres of various private and independent food trucks. There is a limited amount of street parking along the north side of the park with additional parking on the south side in the municipal parking lot. In the center of the park, there are numerous picnic tables under a large tent like covering. The actual food trucks are located around the perimeter of the park, and they offer a wide array of different foods. We did not think we would like this place, but we were wrong especially when the evening temperatures are just perfect (end of September). It is worth the visit and when we will definitely be back the next time we are in Moab.

If you’re visiting Moab, perhaps after a hike or outdoor adventure, and you want a relaxed place where everyone in your group can pick what they like — this is a very good choice. The selection and atmosphere make it ideal for families, varied tastes, or casual meals.

It's an open air food truck park with a larger variance of foods than main street. The dogs shall beg anyone for a meal. (Even when they got their own crepe.)

My favorite spot in Moab. 15 or so choices, I’ve tried roughly half and have loved all of them. In and out for $20 or less every time. I’ve been to Moab for a total of 10 days and I’ve eaten here 9 of the 10 because it’s great. Authentic, Affordable, Awesome.

A dozen food trucks all in the same place with shaded outside sitting. Mediterranean/Greek, tacos, Asian, BBQ, ice cream and more. We both had gyro and it was a very generous portion & delicious.

Convenient If you are hungry, won't burn a whole day waiting on food.

A great place for great food in Moab. No longer do you have to wait at the Diner for great eats. Here you have variety and great service. The prices are not bad; either

Loved this concept and thought it was great having a nice relaxing outdoor space to eat, with quite the variety of options for food. We each got food from a different truck and all of it was so good!!!

Great spot for lunch with a variety of tasty options ! The fried chicken and fries were great. The tacos and quesadilla is not bad and so as the onion rings. They have proper toilets with hand wash.

We ate at the quesadilla truck as well as the BBQ place. At both places, the food was just okay. I had the New Mexico Identity Crisis quesadilla. I expected it to be better, given that this place was rated as one of the best restaurants in Moab. Perhaps I should've tried a different quesadilla. We were also disappointed we couldn't get any beer or other alcoholic drinks after a long day of hiking. For whatever reason, the beer truck was closed.

I give the quesadilla truck kudos for accomodating my daughter's peanut allergy.
