A cool location with delicious vegan food. The portion wasn't very big, but that may have been because I was very hungry after a day in the national park :) We were definitely very happy about the purely vegan option in Moab. We would come again.

Apart from ambience and seat down eating arrangement, everything was super good, fun and enjoyable. Despite being food truck, they had good dining table sitting place for enjoying food.Everything made and offered here is vegan. We ordered and enjoyed- BBQ burger- Nachos- Tomato soup and Cheese Sandwich- Salad- home mad Khambucha.Cheese in these food was made from vegetables.

Husband and I went hiking all day and chowed down here. The grilled cheese was delicious, and the tomato soup was simply to die for! Both the khichdi and baja bowl had lots of kick to them but were also wonderful. Chocolate rose, raspberry cake-say no more, AMAZING! Very quaint and pleasant place to eat food while listening to nice music and enjoying the fresh air. Owners were delightful. Will happily eat here again next time that we are in the area! Note that the menu changes often.

Delicious! I had the bruncherito which came with home fries, and a cold brew coffee. All of it was great and I will definitely look for this place again next time I'm in Moab!
