Love this place. Only complaint is I never know if it’s going to be open on time, or open at all? lol

Located in the Moab Food Truck Park which is such a cute spot for a meal. We ordered one of each açaí bowl. Both were great! No nachos for summer which was a bummer but bowls were so refreshing on a hot day after hiking all morning at Arches.

I went to have the açaí bowl because I heard how good they were but I saw she had plant based nachos with homemade cheese sauce (not store bought) and so I changed my mind. The nachos were fabulous!!! Loved, loved them. Highly recommend Updated from previous review on 2024-06-25

They were out of the nachos so I got the açaí bowl and it was pretty bland. Not a lot of flavor going for it but nice on a hot day

I guess of you like this stuff it's fine but I'd much rather spend 15 bucks on a decent meal somewhere else. The bowl was fine but for 15 bucks I'd prefer tacos or something more filling. Also the cashier wasn't the most friendly person I've experienced.

Great food, nice staff, but seemed pretty expensive for the kind of food served, and the portions were pretty small. Would go again though, it was a good experience. To be clear, the prices were similar to all the other food trucks, and the portions also seemed similar to the other food trucks. Updated from previous review on 2024-05-14

The avocado toast was the perfect pick me up snack to keep me from being hangry. I only had a minute for a bite to eat. I'm glad I stopped by here. The gal wasn't the friendliest when asking for pricing.

Awesome fully vegan food truck in the heart of Moab! Smoothie bowl and nachos were amazing! Open seasonally from March - October.

Really fresh and tasty smoothies/smoothie bowls. Friendly service and accommodating. Not that certain items aren't available at opening as it takes time to make some ingredients to make, like nachos. She was really accommodating and did offer to make them more quickly than normal but I tried the smoothie bowl instead and it was delicious! We came by around 10am and it was just opening so hours were off from what app says.

We went to Moab Food Truck Park several times for lunch and dinner as it was convenient to our hotel, had a variety of excellent, delicious food choices, and was a great value for the cost. We ate at Fresh2Go, Wrap It Up Mediterranean, Quesadilla Mobilla, and Moab Street Dogs, all of which were execllent.

Showed up expecting the have a great time and try a whole bunch of different food only to find out only one truck was open and there were several for sale signs on others. Place looked an area that was going to be abandoned. We were there on an afternoon on a weekend so it wasn’t like there wasn’t anyone around. We weren’t the only ones, people were walking on and walking right back out.
