The avocado toast was the perfect pick me up snack to keep me from being hangry. I only had a minute for a bite to eat. I'm glad I stopped by here. The gal wasn't the friendliest when asking for pricing.

Awesome fully vegan food truck in the heart of Moab! Smoothie bowl and nachos were amazing! Open seasonally from March - October.

Really fresh and tasty smoothies/smoothie bowls. Friendly service and accommodating. Not that certain items aren't available at opening as it takes time to make some ingredients to make, like nachos. She was really accommodating and did offer to make them more quickly than normal but I tried the smoothie bowl instead and it was delicious! We came by around 10am and it was just opening so hours were off from what app says.

We went to Moab Food Truck Park several times for lunch and dinner as it was convenient to our hotel, had a variety of excellent, delicious food choices, and was a great value for the cost. We ate at Fresh2Go, Wrap It Up Mediterranean, Quesadilla Mobilla, and Moab Street Dogs, all of which were execllent.

Showed up expecting the have a great time and try a whole bunch of different food only to find out only one truck was open and there were several for sale signs on others. Place looked an area that was going to be abandoned. We were there on an afternoon on a weekend so it wasn’t like there wasn’t anyone around. We weren’t the only ones, people were walking on and walking right back out.

A quick and convenient location for several different styles of food. outside eating. plenty of picnic tables. Nice change of pace

Centrally located in Moab this park has something for everyone. Unfortunately a majority of trucks serve Mexican or Asian cuisine. The price is right and they have outdoor seating.

This food truck park was literally a block away from our hotel and seemed to offer a lot of dining options, plus shaded picnic tables and a mister to help keep you cool. My wife got coffee one morning, and in the afternoon we got a smoothie and an ice cream. It was a very open and friendly place, although some of the trucks have different hours or were not operating when we visited in August. Definitely worth stopping by.

Would for sure go again ! Has many options open has plenty of sitting spots with fans and most to keep you cool on a hot day. Along w food options they also have dessert options . Dogs welcome tacos el gordo was legit . Had the barbacoa burrito with a tamarindo jarto to and salsa was bomb !

A few things we’re only sold here couple of the big items she doesn’t sell anymore. The woman who worked this food truck whether she is the owner or an employee I don’t know, but was rude beyond measure. I feel personally that if you’re giving somebody your money should have better customer service than that. Would never patronize this place again.

We had some tacos, and I must say that they were absolutely delicious! The service was great. This is such a great concept. It was hard to find seating, though.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! I had never heard of a smoothie bowl until I came across this food truck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! She was so kind, prompt service, and the most delicious food I've ever had. 2 weeks later, I'm still thinking about it haha!

Moab has a Food Truck Park where there is a goodly selection of various eats ranging from icecream, mexican, burgers etc. There isa large seating area under cover. We had a burger. Delicious. The pricers are cheap but the sel;ection and quality excellent. For a change from a siut down restuarant this is a good option.

Pricey. Got a 16 oz banana strawberry smoothie and it was $9.00. I asked to replace the apple juice with water and she told me it would be an extra $2.00 for water?? ? that seemed very silly to me as water is free and apple juice isn’t.
