Our family of 5 was in Moab to visit the national parks in the area. We ate here for lunch and gave it mixed reviews. Two of us ordered the parmesan chicken and it was the best I've ever eaten. My husband and son ordered the fettuccini alfredo and they both said it had way too much butter in it. The waiter was a little slow, especially since they weren't super busy. Overall, I still would eat here again based upon what I ordered.
Tha baked spaghetti was very good and service was even better.
A change restaurant that still serves up quality food quickly. Plenty of seating with an outdoor patio that is shaded. Decided to go with the mac and chess adding chicken to it. I was not able to finish the portion eve n after spending all morning hiking to various arches.
I had the chicken parmesean. It was a large portion served piping hot. Heavily breaded with plenty of marinara sauce and penne pasta. The daily special (lasagna) had sold out by 8 pm.
Great food, the meat sauce was one of the best I have ever tasted.
Great food and outdoor seating! Love Moab!
Excellent. Really a great experience
Excellent food! Came out pipen hot but was delicious. Restaurant was a bit warm inside, but other than that good service and great food.
Had the gnocchi. It could have used some sausage or a meatball. Portion size was on the large side. It came out quickly and was very hot. Sat outside on a very pleasant evening. Waiter checked on us several times.
Unfortunately our experience wasn’t very great compared to what we’d expected given the good reviews. We were greeted by a hostess that wasn’t very friendly, but sometimes people have other things going on understandably.
Our group consisted of 4 adults, 1 child, 2 toddlers, and a baby. Three adults ordered ceasar salads, and the other ordered chicken Alfredo. The kids ordered two meals of buttered noodles and an order of raviolis. The food was very mediocre especially for the price. The host that took care of us was missing for most the dinner enough we had to search to wave him down for our bill.
But the part that really bothered us about this in the end was the clearly hidden “large group tip” that was added to our bill. It would’ve been totally understandable if half our group wasn’t kids. Or if our orders were complicated. But it was very upsetting when we weren’t made aware of this and there wasn’t anywhere on the menu that was very visible saying there would be a tip added either. Yes we believe in tips, but it doesn’t feel right when the host puts the receipt on the table face down and the tablet in our hands, and the tablet wanting us to tip on the total and not showing they already charged a 20% tip.
Just be aware. It can be very upsetting when the service didn’t reflect

I only eat the Green Chile Ravioli and look forward to my Moab visits for them!
Really good pasta. Big portions.
José R. was an amazing server and the food was great!
A must-visit every time we’re in Moab!
Pasta Jay’s is one of our all-time favorite spots. We come here every year on vacation, and it never disappoints. The pasta is amazing — I always go for the jumbo shells (highly recommend!). Service is consistently great, and the patio seating in the evening is perfect for people-watching. Cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and a Moab tradition for us. 10/10 recommend!
Waiter would forget who had what drinks. Everything else was excellent
