Oh my ate here twice , we were only in town for a week best pasta ever
We had a wonderful lunch on Veteran's day after coming from Arches National Park. The Alfredo Williams was one of the best pasta dishes we have ever had and would highly recommend. A must stop if you're in Moab.

Try to come here anytime we travel, this place has the best food and the people and service are amazing. If this was only place I could travel I would come here every time.
Food is pretty good and the portion sizes are big. A little pricey, but that's to be expected in a tourist town I suppose. Gratuity of 20% is added to parties of 6 or more which is a little annoying especially considering our service was nothing special. Hardly any interaction at all with our server besides taking our orders and filling up our waters only when we asked her to, despite our water cups being empty for a long time and she walked by many times. On top of that, after the automatic gratuity the tablet still asked if we wanted to tip.

We were lucky to get seated quite quickly and were taken care of by a very nice service team. However, the pasta was a disappointment, especially considering it's a specialty pasta restaurant.
Both pasta sauces we had lacked flavour, one was just pure cream and the other was water tomato sauce. Very disappointing, and would recommend going somewhere else in Moab as there's so much better around.

Pasta Jay's was a disappointing experience. The prices felt steep for what we received, with portions that were surprisingly small and food that only reached a mediocre standard. It came across more as a tourist trap than a genuine culinary experience.

The moment you approach Pasta Jay's in Moab, Utah, your senses are awakened by the enticing aroma of garlic toast wafting through the air. This tantalizing scent sets the stage for an unforgettable Italian dining experience.
I opted for the chicken parmesan, a classic dish that did not disappoint. The chicken was perfectly breaded and cooked to tender perfection, topped with a rich, flavorful marinara sauce and melted cheese that created a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. My wife chose the lasagna special, which proved to be an excellent decision. Layer upon layer of pasta, savory meat, and creamy cheese came together in a dish that exemplified comfort food at its finest.
The quality of our meals was truly exceptional, easily ranking as one of the best Italian dining experiences we've had. Pasta Jay's commitment to authentic flavors and generous portions ensures that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
Pasta Jay's is a must-visit destination for anyone craving a delicious, hearty Italian meal in a welcoming atmosphere. The combination of mouthwatering aromas, expertly prepared dishes, and warm hospitality makes Pasta Jay's a standout culinary gem in the heart of Moab.

I came here three years ago and had amazing food and service. Told my boyfriend how wonderful it was so we decided to go while in town. Some of the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. On top of the terrible service, we ordered and received our meal 5-8 minutes after ordering. My baked pasta was burnt and my boyfriend got the special which was lobster ravioli and said there was maybe one bite that actually had any lobster. It took 10 minutes and at least 5 workers walking by us before anyone came to greet us at our table and then another 10 minutes for our non-alcoholic drinks. Overall, I will never eat here again.

Everything was great. There was an elderly couple dining and was quite rude loud and acted entitled. The staff remained kind and helpful. Our food was extremely good. Willing to drive hours to eat here again.
