Staff is friendly, but that's where it ends. Chicken is basically deep fried chicken nuggets with a little weak sauce. Noodles are basically spaghetti with salt. $22 for a single entree, a drink, and a tip. Pass and go to the Mediterranean truck ?

My wife and I were in the mood for Chinese food and apparently the only option in Moab was Red Wok Kitchen Chinese Express.
My wife got a plate with Orange Tofu and mixed vegetables with steamed rice, I got General Tso's tofu and mixed vegetables with fried rice. The tofu was crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and had nice color and flavor. The mixed vegetables were also nice and crisp, and also had good flavor. I enjoyed my fried rice as well. Even the fortune cookies were fresh and crisp. All of the food was obviously cooked to order, which only took a few minutes. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience.

Chris makes this delicious Chinese food. It is the only thing like it in town, which is saying something because Moab has a variety. He makes each plate or bowl fresh, and it hits the spot every time. Ten out of ten!

I had a hankering for stir fried vegetables and got this. It was alright. $15 total for noodles and mixed vegetables with tofu. It tasted ok but I thought it was expensive for what I got.

Can’t recommend anything fried - sesame chicken and fried shrimp were no good. Maybe the oil was just way past its prime… the shrimp batter was actually fishy. Good fast friendly service, but try something not fried.

We were craving Chinese food on our vacation and excited to see the food truck park offered a Chinese one. Lots of great menu options, but once we got our food we weren’t impressed. We got 3 different chickens and they all were crispy fried with minimal sauce on them. Not the original Chinese chicken you normally get. The rice and lo mein were ok but was expecting more veggies and they were salty. In general it was an expensive meal that made us feel crummy later. Wouldn’t recommend.

Chinese food that tastes very different from any Chinese food I have had in the past. Almost a cross between bbq and Chinese food. Overall ok.
