I’m a local to Moab and eat here more than I should. Seafood and sushi is pretty much my favorite food and I’ve had it all over the world. I was stunned to find this place. I get it, it’s sushi in Utah. They do a great job knowing their lane, product, and clients. Do it.

This was such a surprising find in what I thought would be a touristy town. But it felt like a really authentic sushi experience with a lovely staff and many vegan options on the menu. The agedashi tofu serving was very generous and I tried two different vegan rolls that were really satisfying and delicious with lots of flavour. Highly recommend this spot! Friend service a d decent sushi for being in the middle of a mountain town. Ordered chef's choice shashimi, wish someone told me what all the fish were...

You would never think it, in Moab of all places, but WOW! Just amazing across the board. Since we couldn’t get a reservation, it was well worth the wait in the freezing cold to wait out front until they opened. Possibly some of the best sushi I’ve ever had.

Small but comfortable. Standard selection of fish, served well and very creative rolls keep things interesting. Active sushi bar and multiple chefs always working. Service is great and friendly. Nice selection of wine and sake! Will be happy to return.

This place was absolutely amazing! I have a problem with only eating high quality sushi and since I moved I was having a very hard time finding some. I came here in April and was so impressed with the fish quality, the ideas of rolls, and all around experience. It was so good I’m planning a trip back to Moab just to be able to eat here!

Delish sushi!! If your GF there are so many things you can eat - ALL of the tempura was GF. Finally I was able to have a spider roll again after years. My husband who isn’t GF thought it was delicious too. Must go if you’re in Moab. Great ambiance - the guys behind the sushi bar were so good at their job and they were playing Gang Starr on the speakers. Highly recommend - the fish is flown in fresh daily from 3 different sources - quite the operation.

The people who work here know what they are doing. The food was amazing, and despite the massive load of customers, they still got our order there fast. The waiters were very friendly and inviting, and made the whole experience better. Would gladly go again.

There is simply no reason a two as small as Moab should have this good of sushi, but we were SHOCKED. The night we came they had fresh sablefish and uni flown in. The rice seasoning was excellent. The cocktail were great. Proof that excellent sushi can come from anyone who is passionate about quality and ingredients. Thank you chef!

WORST Ceviche I’ve had so far in my life. Who thought ceviche with a ball of rice was a good idea!? Ew. With such a high price, once the rice is out the way there’s literally maybe 3 spoon fulls of ceviche. Did they add the rice to make the plate look full?? Disappointing. Friendly service but that’s about it.
