Great Thai place. Most dishes can be made vegan, and portions were generous. We’d come back here next time we’re in Moab.

Cute small spot. Waitress asked if I was vegan when I asked for tofu and no egg in my dish. Always nice😄We have big appetites and we’re glad to see generous portion sizes. Updated from previous review on 2026-02-15

Wow… is all I could say after every first bite of each dish we ordered. I haven’t been this impressed with a restaurant in a long time & I’m constantly trying new local cuisine. Everything was an 11/10. We got the fresh spring rolls (amazing, sauces fantastic), the garlic green beans (holy crap, what do they do to that garlic!), the tom kha soup (so flavorful), the peanut delight with chicken (generous portion & that sauce is immaculate), and the cashew nut with chicken (sauce was sooo lovely, beautiful crunch of the cashews). This restaurant deserves a 5.1/5 seriously. Can’t recommend it enough, especially after a long day of exploring. Service was wonderful as well, the staff is very sweet & attentive. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is such a hidden gem and rivals large metropolitan city Thai food such as Toronto or New York. Their Khao Soi is impeccable and so is their Wonton Soup. The service is also great! Definitely recommend

Vegan options weren’t labelled, but the staff said pretty much all the vege options could be vegan. We had the green and massaman curries, and fried tofu. All the food was tasty and filling, left absolutely stuffed. Updated from previous review on 2026-01-12

We visited Singha Thai Cuisine in Moab for dinner during the winter holidays. As expected, the restaurant was busy, but they were able to accommodate us within about 15 minutes, which was great. The ambience was cozy and inviting.

We ordered Basil Fried Rice with Salmon and Tilapia, Szechuan Fried Rice with Shrimp, Seafood Soup, and Drunken Noodles with Chicken. The dishes were well-prepared, flavorful, and enjoyable, though we found the flavors to be good but not fully authentic.

Overall, Singha Thai Cuisine offers a pleasant dining experience with attentive service, especially if you don’t mind slightly Westernized Thai flavors. It’s a solid choice in Moab, particularly when you’re looking for a comfortable dinner spot after a day of exploring.

Zero flavor in our drunken noodles, couldn’t detect any herbs or spices. We also ordered pickup and it took 1hr20min, which was far less offensive than flavorless Thai food.

We are just visiting for a couple days. Looked up some reviews and picked up from here last night. We had tom yum soup, green curry, chicken with peanut sauce and tofu pad sew ew. 10/10. This place is the real deal. I said I wanted to come back to Moab just for the Thai food! It’s that good. We are no strangers to Thai food from Chicago to
Colorado and more. You won’t be disappointed. Promise.
