A good place to grab some BBQ quickly. Go in and grab a menu for food and one for drinks. Look that over then go back up to the counter to order and pay. Then you get a ticket to take to your table. The food came out in less then 5 minutes so that means that had itbpre prepared and that it was just warmed up. The fries where very hot. The have spritzers of water oit on the patio to help keep you cool.

The food here was pretty good for Utah - I ordered take out and waited for 30+ minutes, of course they had my order ready but it was just sitting at the hand off. I had several employees come up to me asking me what I was waiting for then disregarded it. Weird experience

We had an excellent experience at Spitfire because the brisket and the ribs we ordered were absolutely delicious and truly melted in your mouth. I could not believe how moist those items were an extremely flavorful with a wonderful smoke bark and flavor. It truly was the best barbecue we’ve ever had. The smoked beans were good, the hush puppies were really tasty and the coleslaw had a super light dressing and was not a heavy mayonnaise style. We highly recommend them for barbecue when you’re in Moab.

Went to have dinner with 8 people, almost No one in the bar. 1 person sitting at a table for 8, two table for 4 next to each other with no one sitting at them, about 5 other people here and there, bar staff told us they could not seat our party in the bar. But there should be plenty of room in the dinning room. Been coming here for years, often with large parties, never had any trouble, but after today. Never will be back, had a great meal at the Blue pig with excellent service, so we have a new BBQ hangout, so Thank you
