Terrible, ordered a ham and turkey, only got ham. Staff has no training or customer service skills.

My first time in Moab found subway . I usually have a good meal at subway today I was shocked how rude the short boy with black hair and black beard and glasses. I asked him to put my mustard first on the bread he refused and told me that the mustard is all way at the end. I just didn’t want to make it bad day and ask for a manager. But I thought you can build it your way !!!

Our group picked up boxed lunches at the Subway in Moab at 8:00 in the morning. Each box contained a 6” sandwich. Chocolate chip cookie, bag of chips, and a water. The bread was dry and probably a day old. My box did not have chips. I would not get carry out here!

Can't rate this any lower. The food my sister got for us was bad. Do yourself a favor don't stop at this one. Luckily I didn't get food poisoning, like that other review stated.

Got a footlong chicken bacon ranch today at about 10am and it was delicious.. terrible food poisoning stuck on the toilet by 6pm. I didn't eat anything else today. This is the second time I've got sick from eating here, haven't eaten here in a year and there's new people so I figured I'd be okay but apparently people aren't trained on how to properly handle chicken. Im definitely not going back ever again.. its not worth it.

Only If I could give negative reviews my food and experience was that terrible. Four of us visited this Subway on Sunday morning around 9:30–10 AM. Three of us are vegetarian, so we asked for the Veggie Patty sub. The staff said it was out of stock, even though it was still showing as available online. When I questioned this, he said it had been out of stock since the previous night — which makes it confusing why it was still listed online. Despite that, when we placed the order online, they somehow ended up making it anyway, which clearly annoyed them. It was very unclear and unprofessional.

While our food was being prepared, one of my friends — who hadn’t eaten since the night before — was looking at the sandwich being made. The staff member rudely told him, “Don’t look at me like that, I don’t like it.” When my friend clarified that he was just looking at the food, the staff responded even more rudely, saying he shouldn’t even look at the food. This behavior was completely unnecessary and made the experience very unpleasant. We were simply hungry customers placing a normal order and didn’t expect to be treated this way.

we placed an order to go via the app hoping for something a bit more healthy. employees inside didn't seem very friendly. the elite chicken and bacon ranch sandwich, when i got it, it looked really really off and didn't look to have any chicken in it, it looked and smelled really close to tuna. and i got really sick afterwards. bread did not appear to be toasted and looked really old and sad. atmosphere seemed to be quite like lonely amidst all the light up signs and bright paint. employees seem to look like they really hate it there.

We bought two sandwiches and found 3 hair strands in those two sandwiches. Upon showing these to staff, the staff said: “We don’t know about that” and just carried their business as usual. Not a simple sorry or we can correct this. None of the 4 staff was wearing any kind of hair mask to prevent this. Truly disappointed from one of my favorite sandwich chains - they lost me as a customer for life!
