The food was good, but my visit was completely ruined by the behavior of one staff member. The bearded male employee (Mo) who took my order was shockingly rude, dismissive, and lacked even basic courtesy. It’s the worst customer-service experience I’ve had in a restaurant. No customer should be made to feel that way. Management seriously needs to address his behavior, because it overshadows the quality of the food and the entire dining experience.

I had dinner here at 6:30 on a Saturday night and there was a 30-40min queue. I decided to wait but I would not recommend it if you are eating by yourself during peak hours. I waited for more than an hour for a table and bigger groups of 4-6 went ahead of me. The food though was very good. I ordered the Sultan kebab which was grilled and seasoned well. I also got the Spicy hummus which was very interesting with the added tahini and came with a generous amount of warm pita.
