It's in a sweet food truck park with lots of options. This is the only spot you need though, and don't order anything other than the Adobada taco. Or 5 of them. Incredible. I'll be back!

Tacos were flavorful and delicious. We loved the pork belly and fish tacos the most. Beans and rice were a bit underwhelming, not very much flavor. Guac had lots of lime and spice, the way I like it. Husband thought the margarita was a bit sweet but it’s definitely a great value. Would come back for the pork belly alone!

I got chicken and shrimp tacos and they were delicious and authentic! Not sure if I was talking to the owner but he was also super kind and thoughtful. Even if Google says it’s closed, he might be open depending on how busy it is, so it’s worth a shot to check and see :) the food truck park is also really cute and has good dessert options!

The food here is authentic. I've been to many restaurants near National Parks and this food truck is my current favorite place. We've gone all over Utah and Taqueria el Gordo is top recommendation. If you want amazing mexican food do not pass on this place! It's the real deal.
