The food here is authentic. I've been to many restaurants near National Parks and this food truck is my current favorite place. We've gone all over Utah and Taqueria el Gordo is top recommendation. If you want amazing mexican food do not pass on this place! It's the real deal.

Cool food truck at the “food truck food court” in Moab; nice set up in general. Tacos were $3 each and really good; ended up going back for a second “slow cooked beef” taco. Staff were friendly

Really good tacos. We tried the Carne Asada tacos with guacamole and they were outstanding. That is kind of our litmus test for taco places and we really enjoyed them at El Gordo’s.
