Wanted burnt ends sandwich but they were out. Ordered the brisket sandwich. It was horrible. Didn't have any flavor. French fries were soggy. They gave me 10% off. Should have been 100% off.

The ribs are amazing. A full rack could be shared by a couple, and no one is gonna be hungry in the end. Tried most of the sides, all were pretty good. The service was also very good, with one exception. The hostess was not always at her station and you could see people standing at the front from time to time for a while, and even wondering should they stay or go.

This place is incredible!!!! The food is REAL food and homemade quality!!! And Julie is a gem, sweet and entertaining to talk to!!!! Highly recommend and I'll make this my go to when I'm in town!!!!

Don’t get the prime rib…they say it’s their signature but they don’t know how to cook it. I asked for medium and they brought it out past well done. Had to saw through it. Just awful especially considering how much they charge for it.
Service is subpar as well. Took almost 30 minutes for a waiter to even speak with us.
Update: Ended up returning it after a few bites because it was not at all palatable. I asked Roberto if I could speak to a manager or the cook since his response was “What do you want me to do about it”
Needless to say no one came to speak with me. He just brought me the bill. They also won’t adjust your bill if you send food back…I ate 3 bites and was charged the full rate of almost $40.00.
Whoever cooked that prime rib needs some lessons and a thermometer. I’d be absolutely embarrassed if I cooked something like that but apparently it’s par for the course at The Blu Pig.
