Visited for the first time on a Saturday night. Immediately, we got a table in the bar. They had love music, which was fantastic. The food was nothing to write home about for me, maybe we didn't order the famous entrees. The drinks were served rather slow, but maybe that was because we didn't have food on the table yet, I mean, it is Utah. The atmosphere was definitely the best part of our visit.

The menu said their ribs is baby back ribs, actually it was either St. Louis ribs or Spare ribs, very meatier. NOT worth $49.95 for full size rack.

I thought the menu here looked good and I am a sucker for chicken wings, especially if they are not breaded. I elected to sit out on the patio since it was a nice evening. It didn't take long for my server to bring the menu, and I looked out over even though I pretty much knew I was getting wings. I decided on ice tea and a side of fries, which are a rare treat for me. It took a bit for the server to come take my order, and before long, the food arrived. The wings were already starting to cool and the fries were also not hot so my food say on the pass for to long. When the server finally returns I ask for some ranch to dip my now cold fries. It made it to the table just as I was cleaning my hands to leave. So, overall not a great first impression. Maybe I should have taken a table inside?

Honestly wanted to try a new place.. food was average but told my wife that they ran out of burnt ends when all other food was coming out for everyone else.. brought salad for that... then wife ordered 8oz pulled Pork and they brought out the pulled pork sandwich which cost less.. brought out a different side.. ask about the other side which got brought out later.. when we got the check they charged us for there mistake and justified it because the meal they replaced it with was cheaper and we had 2 sides then appetizer came out after our meal.. honestly after this I don't recommend this to anyone...

Very good BBQ, one thing stuck out the most, and this is just one of my preferences. This place actually knows how to make awesome Coleslaw . All the food was great, and it looks like a great place to hang out in the evening and enjoy the wide selection of drinks. I will be back again next time I'm in Moab.

The pulled pork was ok, not great. Too much fat in the mix, a bit dry. The service was fine. My real gripe is the price. $20 for a pound of pulled pork. $16 for a pulled pork sandwich. That's literally double what I'd expect to pay. Everything on the menu is Disney World prices. After a single lite beer to go with it, and a 15% tip, my bill was $32. There's a reckoning comming for these place price gouging, and it's starts with people like me who won't be back. I'll just go to the grocery store and get a whole rotisserie chicken and be out $8.

Ordered some delicious meats and sides our first evening in Moab after traveling over the divide. The brisket is delicious and tender, hush puppies a great side, and the easy walk from and back to the hotel made it extra perfect.

I hadn't been to moab since I was a young kid. Man, this place has grown since then, and The Blu Pig fits in just like it had always been there. I wished I had got the waitresses' name she was awesome, especially since it was a Sunday and terrible weather outside! Great atmosphere with the music and the decor around the restraunt. The food was really good! When I see Gumbo on a menu, I have to try it. This gumbo was good, full of meat worth ordering again. My wife ordered the Philly with smoked prime rib and grilled onions with the au ju it looked really good, and she said it was really good. I had the meat mountain or the Blu Big Texan burger, which had bacon, two beef patty's, and the thickest slice of smoked brisket, I think that I have ever been served it was topped off with cheddar cheese and an onion ring. We finished the meal off with the peach cobbler alamode. When I make it back to Moab, I am definitely stopping in at The Blu Pig!

Food was above average I'd definitely eat there again. Our server on the other hand was amazing Kim definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal and kept everyone laughing. We'll absolutely go back because of her. Music was great as well.

The burnt ends were definitely the highlight. The brisket was a bit dry the night we were there and the sauce on the ribs was very sweet. Cool place to unwind after a day in the canyons. Great atmosphere with live music and great service.

The worst bbq I’ve ever been! The food was very cold, not tasty and the waitress was very rude.

So disappointed with our order. We ordered big and nasty fries and there were no meats brisket, onions or sour cream. Wings were good. While we were waiting for our food saw one cockroach running around. I told staff if they have issues with cockroaches and she said maybe.
