Absolute worst customer service. Man behind the counter had to whip his monitor around to prove how busy he was and that he wasn’t going to take our order. 1 of 3 self service kiosk working and 1 of 2 freestyle soda machines working. Wouldn’t dare return to this location.
If I could leave a negative review I would. Tried to get my drink and soda/ice machine were not working, so I thought it would be important to let the staff know. I kindly told them and one worker immediately shut me down saying “it’s not broken, you need to learn patience, we’ve had more people in here than this and it worked then so I can assure you you’re fine.”, yelling across the store even after I had walked away. He decided to check it out only after several more people got upset about it. They ended up getting ice for people in the back area, and when I tried to get some I waited for about 10 minutes while a worker put ice in everybody else’s drink besides mine, intentionally, as I had asked kindly and she ignored me. The icing on the cake was my friend got a chicken wrap with a ranch dressing packet INSIDE of it. I work in food. I’m not quick to be upset about these things, i totally understand being stressed and frustrated when the store is busy, but this felt insanely unprofessional and disrespectful. Insanely disappointing :(

How do you forget the bacon on a bacon cheeseburger and still charge for it? Also clean the inside once in a while, it's gross

Waited for several minutes at the counter and no one waited on us, they seemed too busy filling drive thru orders. So we just left. Here is Wendy's motto...Exceeding our guests’ expectations in product, service, and overall dining experience.” We had zero service, so we had no product and no dining experience. So we went to a Thai restaurant which had great service, food, and dining experience.

The person who serves at the drive thru was the most rude person that has ever served me in my life, I spoke through the speaker and no one answered, so I went to the next window, she was racist and I noticed that shedidn't want to serve me, super bad service, I understand that it may be a busy place, but it doesn't have good customer service, I went in and a young man helped me and was super nice, but people like that older lady if they don't have patience or don't have enough staff to work with her, they shouldn't leave her alone, super bad service
