The worker Sven is rude. Handed us wrong items, I tried to correct it and Sven tried to tell me that I didnt order it when my receipt says other wise. Dining area was clean and food was hot, service just sucked.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I walked in ready to order, but the staff was so rude I left without even placing one. No greeting, no acknowledgment, just attitude. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either!!

Can’t rate the food because I drove off from the drive thru because of how hostile and rude the lady working the window was. I tend to not make negative reviews but I’m actually at a lost for words. I suggest you just go to McDonald’s or Gilberto’s if you are feeling Mexican.

The lady behind the counter on August 15th 2025 around 8:00 p.m. or so was screaming at all the workers telling them we need more french fries we need more french fries and this bus of Asian descent people came in about 30 of them and she was screaming at all the workers saying these kind of people love french fries these kind of people love french fries

So, these geniuses don’t bother updating their hours on Google or yelp. So when you walk over there, and the doors are locked, they won’t serve you, unless you have a vehicle for the drive through. Then they have the audacity to blame it on corporate, as if corporate is updating the hours of all of the Wendy’s worldwide every day. So I walk back to get my car, order my sandwiches, and big man hands me the two worst sandwiches I’ve ever had from a Wendy’s. Along with a bag that literally says, and I quote “there’s nothing happy about this meal”. You’re right, there was nothing happy about it, it was horrible.
