So, these geniuses don’t bother updating their hours on Google or yelp. So when you walk over there, and the doors are locked, they won’t serve you, unless you have a vehicle for the drive through. Then they have the audacity to blame it on corporate, as if corporate is updating the hours of all of the Wendy’s worldwide every day. So I walk back to get my car, order my sandwiches, and big man hands me the two worst sandwiches I’ve ever had from a Wendy’s. Along with a bag that literally says, and I quote “there’s nothing happy about this meal”. You’re right, there was nothing happy about it, it was horrible.

The woman who took our order, through drive through, rushed us and interrupted us while we were trying to lost what we wanted. Her tone was not friendly at all. One of our sandwiched was made wrong and we did not get utensils to eat the baconator fries. So we went back through drive through and asked for it to be fixed she didn't wait for us to say what the sandwich was other than a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger that was missing bacon. So she had them make a new one, but it was, again wrong. We got the fork though, so we just took the bacon off the second made wrong sandwich and left.

Seriously? It’s Wendy’s. Do you really need a review? My only complaint is the baconator should have lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
Swamp coolers cooling the place but it’s easily 80° inside. We waited 5 minutes for a worker to come take our order and we were the only ones in line. The kitchen looks very messy with napkins and trash all over. Has corporate come by lately? This place needs an audit.

We waited for 5 minutes at the counter after multiple tries at the self order kiosk that kept adding items we did not want. We asked the server at the counter to take our order but he just pointed at the kiosk and said “there”. I told him the kiosk was not working properly and he started taking the order of the people waiting behind us. My wife was in front of them at the time and he ignored her as well. We are long time fans of Wendy’s and this was our worst experience ever. This place is the worst Wendys ever.
