Majority of the time the order is incorrect, whether going through the drive thru, ordering over uber etc. Or just going inside. They do correct their mistakes but after 3 times of calling in a wrong order or coming in for the right one it's a waste of time. Wish they could get it figured out.

I have never left a review for anything before, but I feel like it would be a disservice to some of the employees not to say how I feel. My friends and I could not enjoy our meal without hearing the terrifying screaming of what seemed to be the manager. She berated her employees when they made minor mistakes even though they were obviously working harder than her. Her employees seemed exhausted and submissive. At least one of them was just a teenager. There have already been so many complaints about this woman. If the Wendy’s corporation cared about their employees mental and physical well being at all, they would fire her!!

Lady was so upset, she didn't know if they had what I was ordering and said "I would have to go check if we had that." and wouldn't go check. She also left her microphone on while complaining to another employee before, during, and after speaking with me, about all the things she was working on.

This was my worst visit at Wendy’s !!!???The person at the register were so slow and she went somewhere to get a snack for herself or something then she was chewing it and talking to meAnd another person that’s on the picture she refused to give me a ranch sauce but at the same time she was giving away the ranch sauce to another customer and she yelled at me and told me “ Go and get yourself a ketchup “Then I took a picture of her to leave a review so people know what is going on there and then she ran in to me and take me and my friend outside and start yelling and start threatening me that she is going to call a police and she said that she will get me arrested and that she doesn’t want to see me again at this placeThen she came to my car and took a picture of my license plateSo guys just letting you know DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE !!!! That was my worst experience ???

We waited in the drive through line for ever, not waiting for other cars, this was in front of the menu. They kept telling us it would be a minute to take our order, we waited and waited and waited… then left. I honestly feel bad for these chains. I’m sure they are way understaffed. ? but we ended up getting ice cream at the dollar general instead.

Avoid..... We had not even put the RV in park.. in the clearly marked RV parking when a dark-haired woman came running across the parking lot sporting a drive-through headset and cigarette hanging from her mouth yelling, "You can't park here! You can't park here!" As we put the RV in park, she continued her rant... "You can't stay here!!" We explained we were just parking to get milk from the adjacent store, and she retreated, waving her hands and grumbling something. This parking lot is located behind a gas station market, and it is not clear it belongs to Wendy's. Not that the Wendy's employee even asked if we're were going to Wendy's before going on her rant. This was at about 430 pm, sun still up not like we were finding a free parking place to spend the night. The whole experience was odd and off-putting. As others said, there is a reason the parking lot was empty to begin with. Everyone has a bad day, this seems to be an everyday occurrence based on reviews.

Drive through service is very rude. I arrive at 8:30pm today,very hungry, kids in hotel are waiting for food, they want burger and looks like Wendy's is the only choice in this small town. When I arrive, I told them I need couple of minutes to study the menu as I have 6 people to feed(I am the only person in line). However, they are not responding anymore, lateron, a lady walked out with trash bag and told me: we decide not to serve you... What the heck ? this is the way they treat their customers. The only reason I still give them 1 start now is this is the only way to show my review, what they deserve is negative 5 star!!!!

Good is 50/50 it is ether really good or very over cooked. The burger today was over cooked and the employees were a little confused at the counter. The staff were more friendly than normal today.
