Stopped at the Food Truck area several times during my stay in Moab and each time, I went to Wrap it Up! The food was fresh and delicious! Portions were large leaving me with delicious leftovers! Everyone was super friendly and I didn't wait long for my order! Highly recommended!!

Amazing amazing amazing. I'm 6 hours into a road trip, and their vegan falafel wrap saved me. So delicious. Great service. It's in a food truck park, but there are lots of tables to sit at in the shade. I'm in love.

There should be a sign on the main strip that this area of food trucks exist. It was an accidental fine as I was walking the streets. Looking around. Many choices here but I opted for the Mediterranean place. Service was quick and food was delicious. I would recommend if you were in Moab to check this place out.
