This place is amazing! Last night it was raining and all the other food trucks were closed. But these guys were open and the Gyros are some of the best I’ve ever had!

Fast and friendly service in a food truck park with plenty of other options for all taste buds. No need to try anyone else's food this place is delicious and very affordable. The menu has all the ingredients for you to see and be able to order. Two people can eat from their servings as a shared plate it is that big of a serving. Drinks are available and also dessert. Come and try this food truck you will be in heaven or at your happy place.

My gyro bowl was fantastic! Huge portion and everything tasted so fresh. Our group of 4 all got food from different trucks, and mine looked the best out of all!

I’ve never looked for a food truck in Google Maps. I always think of them as something you driveby and stop if you’re really hunger.
But this Mediterranean food was amazing. It was the best chicken Greek salad I’ve had in my LIFE!
The chicken was incredibly well seasoned, the salad vegetables were fresh and the Greek dressing was amazing.
The shawarma’s looked so good and they seemed to be the best seller.
I’d you like good fresh Mediterranean food. Please Google maps this food truck.

I got the Istanbul gyro. It definitely had heat but I like that. The meat was actually moist and all the juices from the other ingredients made it very tasty. The wrap is authentic and crisped nicely. I’d definitely go back. The fries are shoestring style and were fried perfectly. Could tell the oil was fresh. It is what you wish McDonald’s could put out but almost never does.

My friend got the vegan falafel. He isn’t one of many words but he said, “ it satisfied his appetite.” Stoic man of few words but also left a happy vegetarian.

This place is on point. Get it.

Amazing food with vegan options!

We stopped here on a trip to Arches and really enjoyed Wrap it Up! They have great food, including vegan friendly meals. I ordered a vegan falafel wrap with fries. It was simple, yet delicious and cooked just right. To top it off, the woman behind the counter was incredibly friendly and charming.

You have to stop here if you find yourself in Moab!

Outstanding delicious gyros with excellent and very friendly customer service - we ate there twice during our 4 day stay in Moab. However, give the side order of falafel a pass. We got a 4 small quarter size balls on top of a thin bed of hummus for $7. They were served barely warm - a big disappointment.

2 stars because this is the first time I’ve had a rice bowl with White rice, crazy to even fathom. The ONLY good part about the rice bowl was the Gyro, which was nice and flavorful. (And fries, but that doesn’t count). I paid extra for Hot Sauce too, which I’ve never ever done at any Mediterranean food truck.
