Ok, I admit it. I don't get the 5-star reviews. The food is average burger place and priced high. It's a cool little spot, but very little. The service is horrible. They forget orders or get them wrong and make no effort to make it right. Just bring it out very late and drop it on the table. After 3 groups behind us were served I went up and asked about our meal. They had lost the ticket. So 45 minutes to get a burger and fries. A little training and management would go a long way here. It's a shame because it could be really good.

Stopped in first time. 'Pork wings' on menu. Asked what they were. Girl at register did not know. Went in back and asked. I asked, chicken or pig? Never got answer. Ordered the 'pork wings' and shake. $18. Received shake early. Waited 30 minutes. Saw they were serving people that arrived after me. Asked if they had started my order. Cashier went in back and asked. No. Got money back. Looks like I will never know what 'pork wings' are. Girl at register apologized.

Just stopped in for shakes after a hot day at the Parks near by. A little bit of a wait since it was around lunch time but the staff was friendly and the shakes were great.
This is a great, must-try restaurant in Monticello, Utah. As a part of a family vacation, driving up from Arizona, I drove the family through Monticello Utah and we stopped at the Shake Shack for a late dinner. The food was yummy, with large portion sizes that filled everyone up (and there were some leftovers), and the milk shakes were particularly delicious. The service was also excellent; making this a location that we'd happily visit again when we find ourselves in, or near this location.

About what I expected for a small town burger stand - not terrible but not fantastic food wise. The ice cream however is definitely tasty and they give you HUGE portions : o If you're looking for a sweet frozen treat and greasy fries this is the spot to go!
Also people who are ripping on the sweet teens working likely have never worked a customer service job, nor have much experience in a small town. These kids are doing the best they can & it's great that they're getting job experience! My experience with the employees was pleasant & the service was reliable.
