Small ice cream shop with decent looking food menu as well. The surfing theme of the place is unexpected in Utah! Stopped for ice cream only and was very pleased with my order.

Worst restaurant experience. The girls in the front instead of helping the cook were dancing and it took like an hour to get our food. They should hire better staff.
This was a pretty good burger place with ice cream drinks and fries and onion rings. The customer service was lacking a little as the staff wasn’t overly friendly. The burgers were pretty good though and we liked the shakes. The place is nice and clean and has an easy to read menu. The shop itself is kind of small and they keep the place packed with customers. Overall, we give the food a thumbs up, although it’s a little pricey. The staff could use a refresher on customer service with a smile.

My fish burger was way over cooked and the fries were limp. The cheeseburger tasted weird also. It was freezing cold in there.

I had a fish sandwich and my friend had a cheeseburger. We shared Fry's. My fish was way over cooked and the Fry's were very limp. Cheeseburger had a weird taste about it. Maybe they need to change their oil. Not sure but I doubt we'll be back. It was freezing cold in the there also.

$33 for poor quality burgers and soggy fries. 30 min wait for order. Ice cream cone came with kids meal. They decided it was a good idea to serve the cone and let it melt before we got the food. No offer to make a fresh one when I asked where a trash can was to dispose of the now liquid cone. No sense of urgency. Writing orders on pen and paper. Won't make it long if you're running business like that and these prices. Always for supporting local business but don't confuse this shake shack with a real shake shake! Disappointment.

We got the onion rings and shake combo. Onion rings 10/10 so good and crispy!
Shake 10/10 delicious!
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Everyone in my group loved their homemade shakes. The bacon cheeseburger was fantastic. My wife loved her onion rings. Google says crispy crinkle cut fries however my fries were hand cut and just a little overdone, to their defense. We were a group of eleven and they were already busy. So overdone fries were probably not their norm.

Watched several people walk out with their shakes and food when they ordered after us and then was told the ice cream was too frozen to make our two shakes. Might I add those two cost more than $10 alone then we are given a gift certificate for $5 since they have no clue how to refund?
Best milkshake ever

Ok, I admit it. I don't get the 5-star reviews. The food is average burger place and priced high. It's a cool little spot, but very little. The service is horrible. They forget orders or get them wrong and make no effort to make it right. Just bring it out very late and drop it on the table. After 3 groups behind us were served I went up and asked about our meal. They had lost the ticket. So 45 minutes to get a burger and fries. A little training and management would go a long way here. It's a shame because it could be really good.
