Picked up 2 subs here. Crowded. One sub (Italian) caused food poisoning symptoms. I was going to complain about server refusing to put items on subs....but maybe that would have only added to the illness.

Not gonna lie I was worried to order due to all of the bad reviews of this place. I ordered 2 foot-longs online with the app and got the BOGO1 promo to Buy One Get One $1 deal. I had no problems whatsoever. The food was as expected and it was good deal. I took the food to pioneer park for a picnic dinner.

Told my husband not to come here, didnât listen. đ Made our sandwiches on the wrong breads mustve got our TWO sandwiches mixed up, she wrapped my sandwich before i could ask for salt/pepper or extra sauce, and moved onto my husband.
Get out to the car to eat and it looks like she gave my sandwich a Indian burn, my husband died of laughter.
Sad to see the lack of care of making the sandwich, it was only us in the store so no reason to be sloppy. Sandwich was decent, thankfully i put extra cheese on it.

I will never go back to the Monticello Utah Subway. I have never encountered such terrible service. The manager/owner (not sure what her capacity was) was unforgivably rude and bigoted. I will tell everyone I know going to Monticello to avoid this Subway.

can we please put this subway location out of its misery? it's been going downhill for years. did a web order for 3 sandwiches. the first had the tomatoes stacked one on top of the other in one spot. a bit odd, but easily remedied by opening the sandwich and spreading them out ourselves. the second sandwich had none of the veggies requested. the third was missing the meatballs and marinara. ...on a meatball marinara sub.
Stop for gas and decided to grab a sandwich before my road trip. The friendly employees made the best Subway sandwich I have ever had!

Over the years, we have frequently visited this location. However, during our recent visits, we experienced a lack of service, as the staff nearby did not acknowledge us after several minutes of waiting to place our order. Due to this ongoing issue, we are choosing other dining options.

The number 31 is either a sorry ass sandwich or the employee was more worried about getting off and didn't offer me any veggies. Either way, I probably will never be back to any Subway ever. The quality has definitely gone down

The worst service I have ever experienced. The guy who was serving me was fine, but then a woman (with dark hair) joined the service. She asked my wife what kind of sandwich she wanted, and my wife replied that she didnât want one because she doesnât eat at that time, which âtriggeredâ the woman. She threw down her gloves and started saying that they were closing in 15 minutes, and that I wouldnât be able to eat inside (I should add that the guy was already halfway through making my sandwich). I responded by asking why she was being so rude, and I was told that she didnât have to make or sell me the sandwich at all. The worst service Iâve ever had in my life.
