The worst service I have ever experienced. The guy who was serving me was fine, but then a woman (with dark hair) joined the service. She asked my wife what kind of sandwich she wanted, and my wife replied that she didn’t want one because she doesn’t eat at that time, which ‘triggered’ the woman. She threw down her gloves and started saying that they were closing in 15 minutes, and that I wouldn’t be able to eat inside (I should add that the guy was already halfway through making my sandwich). I responded by asking why she was being so rude, and I was told that she didn’t have to make or sell me the sandwich at all. The worst service I’ve ever had in my life.

Stopped while coming from Provo and decided to get a sandwich. There were two ladies working, the younger one was telling the other one she had been making bread the whole morning, and she was actually very polite and helpful. The other lady, the older one lacks basic customer service skills. She finished preparing my sandwich and proceeded to charge me. When I reached for my receipt, she let go of it before I had actually grabbed it, I cought it in the air though, no biggie. Then she turned around to continue working on something else, but she forgot to give me my sandwich. I reminded her about it, and she just turned around, took it and placed it on the counter, without saying a word. Her face was very serious as well. I gave 3 stars for service, but I’d like to mention that the younger lady’s service deserves 5 stars. The other lady needs to work on her attitude if she is to continue dealing with the public.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Subway. Young lady working 10/18/24 at 8pm had a horrible attitude and seemed to be absolutely inconvenienced by our presence. They had everything closed down but EVERYTHING shows they close at 9pm we arrived at 8pm. Because of this I will NEVER return to a Subway. Lady working today should be fired.

The girl that helped had the name Oasis on her hate. She was not friendly to begin with. Then she checked someone out and came back to make my sandwich without changing her gloves. When we asked her to change her gloves before putting pur vegetables on she got total attitude. If I go in again and she is working I will walk out. If you can't deal with customer service you have no business working there..
