This is the place for you if you like your orders wrong, or getting food you didn't even order instead of what you wanted, bonus points for the warm sodas and cold coffee. Oh and nothing quite beats being talked down to by someone that can't get your order right like it wasn't their fault to begin with....

Absolutely poor service it takes 20 minutes to even get your order even if you ordered one thing. They will help customers that were not there before you and they will still get better and faster service.

Crew and manager was playing in the back instead of helping customers asked if the food was decently fresh they said yes and it wasn't cold food all around.

ITS SO WEIRD NOT TO SEE ANY WORKERS NOW. KIOSK ARE JUST TAKING THE JOBS. KNOWING THAT THIS MCDONALD'S IS FAIRLY NEW YOU WOULD THINK THERE WOULD BE NO FLIES OR BE CLEAN.

This is quite possibly the worst McDonald's that has ever existed. The management is terrible, many of the managers are ornery and short tempered, and the food is rarely done right. These guys have a lot of work to do

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to, they constantly mess up orders and yesterday they shorted me a sandwich and today they gave me my order and all that was in there was the bottom bun and the burger meat missing the entire other 75% of the sandwich and when I return to get it fixed they half a**ed throw the rest of the ingredients on it including cold cheese not even a little bit melted. Do not go here there are plenty of other better locations to eat from in Morgan that are 10X better. This location is a discrace and it doesn’t help that the drive through is always a 30 minute plus wait even in you are the only person there.

Order though app and when pick up my order, I was told frappe machine not working, they told me will refund my money, I didn’t get any money back, worst customer service ever

The new design with no human interaction is terrible. This is not a great idea for a town with a decent amount of older people who don’t know much about using computers. If you want help, you basically have to walk back into the kitchen. This new concept is cold and uninviting. The food is hit or miss but mostly miss. Stay home and eat something that isn’t terrible for you.

Well, this is the downfall of society and eating as a whole. Sat in drive thru for 5 min without a signal of life. Went inside to find even less. Just a row of kiosks and no humans. Want a hot cup of water? Nope, you can’t order that or talk to someone to help you get one. Printer is broken on kiosk, so don’t forget your number. Good luck.

It's a recently built new McDonald's outlet. Most of us are familiar with these fast food outlets. This one is typical.

Parking: There is nothing to tell you; you will have no problem finding a parking place.

Kid-friendliness: Yes, there are many children that were all welcome.

Wheelchair accessibility: The place is fully compliant with the ADA.
