Went there twice for my daughter to get a happy meal. One time they forgot the toy, now her drink. It’s literally 5 things in the box… Couldn’t go back to ask for what they forgot because I live kind of far from it. Check your order if you go through the drive thru.

Worst McDonald’s ever. We have had terrible service multiple times. The last time we gave them a shot was the one that broke the camels back. We went and ordered ice cream cones for the whole family and paid for them only to find out that they were out of ice cream. No big deal usually but we kindly asked for a refund and they then proceeded to tell us that they won’t give any refunds because the management will yell at them and they need there numbers to look better for the management. Not only is this fraud but just a terrible way to treat your customers. They lost our business which is going to lose them more money than a refund for a few ice cream cones.

This is the second day in a row I paid for extra meat on my Big Mac and didnt get it and no sauce for my nuggets. No one answered at the store which I understand because it was 1230 on Saturday but I was already home and not gonna drive all the way back to town. No options for any refund on the app!

I’ve been to this McDonald several times and without fail the customer service is always kind and quick to help. For McDonald’s the food is the best that McDonald’s makes food and on the rare occasion a mistake is made, they make it right without protest.

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes at the order board. Kid said be right you waited another 10 minutes before leaving along with 4 others cars. Went across the street to subway where we received wonderful service and excellent food , even the locals hate this McDonald’s service!!

Food was fine. The service was a little slow, but a bunch of teenagers work there. And then there was that redheaded manager I saw screaming at her staff and some of the customers!! Poor management skills, poor attitude, poor staff!I went there yesterday and this woman would not stop yelling!!! If you ask me, this woman should not be a manager.

Every time I or my parents get French fries they are old and hard and nasty or not cooked long enough. I'll eat the burgers and nuggets but no more will I pay the price for nasty fries. I come here a lot and love eating the food but for real it's not that hard to cook fries and I know they can't go past a certain time. Please just fix this. Lol

MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR RECEIPT!!! Will never be coming back to this location. I came here for the buy one breakfast sandwich and get 1 for a dollar. I get to the window to pay and the cashier tells me The wrong total. He gets the manager to adjust it and tells me my new total is just over five dollars. So I pay and don't get a receipt back with my card. Go to check my account later on in the day and they charged me almost double what the cashier had told me for the new total.

We ordered a Mcrispy sandwich with no pickles, the person getting the chicken sandwich is allergic to pickles. There is pickle juice on the patty as if the staff on duty 02/07/2024 7 pm put the pickles on the sandwich and noticed the order said not to have pickles included on the sandwich. Instead of getting a new chicken patty in the frier they removed the pickles and hoped it would not be noticed. Can’t fool allergic reactions!! Through many of our orders as many others have voiced, none have been correct. Soggy cold fries, mixed up drinks and sandwiches. Just drive 30 min south to riverdale, you will thank yourself.

Absolutely rude customer service, I watched the lady in the back treat an older gentleman that came in to tell them that their screens outside are not working and she was absolutely rude to him. I offered for me to help him order on the screen inside since there’s nobody here helpful. First, and last time we will ever come
