We were driving from Kansas City, MO, to Boise, ID, and needed some coffee. As we pulled up to the coffee shop I noticed that Milk Barn Creamery was next door, and it had a sign that said it was the best ice cream in Utah. It is important for me to verify such things.
I forget exact name of the flavor I got, but it was something like āpeanut butter overload.ā Most ice creams that have such names disappoint insomuch as they arenāt really overloaded; this one did not. It was legitimately overloaded with peanut butter, and I loved it.
I made sure that on our return drive the timing worked out so we stopped here again!
Delicious ice cream and super friendly stuff. You have to try the peanut butter explosion ice cream. This is definitely one of the top performers. It is delicious and very fairly priced and itās great after being on the river for a couple of hours.

The staff were super friendly and offered samples so I could get a taste before getting a cup. I sampled the Lemon Blueberry, which is true to how it sounds. I sampled the Raspberry cheesecake and it sold me on the sample. It was sweet and had just enough notes of raspberries with each bite. I highly recommend.
